well while meanjean is making his predictions, i can tell you fairview is far away from being a state champion but we are working extremely hard to get there. we will improve every week and get better and better. well i hope this years lewis game is better than last years we will see yu guys in fairview. good luck until then.

how did loretto look?

well the final score was 26-0, i was impressed with celina they were much improved from last year but we(fairview) struggled in the third quarter when we had too many penalties and couldn't scored. but the defense held its own and didn't aloow a score and had a good goal line stand in the first quarter. the yellow jackets were led by aaron cothran who had over 200 yards rushing. so good luck celina the rest fo the year.

i think the game should be interesting. fairview is working real hard this week and we are anxious to play. i hope we are ready since we have had only two scrimmages this year. we will come out fired up and ready for some smashed mouth football. so get ready for a game.

whatever rumor that fairview backed out of the jamboree friday, we were going to play until they cancelled it. the only reason we didn't want to reschedule is because we have a game this week and this game really counts. we were ready to go play and earn some repsect from the bigger schools in the county. so don't start rumors about us backing out because we never would.

well friday we are playing centennial. so maybe we can get some respect from the county. what's wrong with playing 2a teams when that is our classification. so we will see how we match up with one of the bigger schools this friday.

how will district 9aa be next year? fairview only lost tow seniors and they have their entire starting rotation coming back, we played great this summer and should fare better than we did last year. what about the rest of the teams in the district. i know marshall and page lost a bunch of seniors. what about giles, loretto, and lewis?

fairview will compete in the county jamboree against page and centennial. we are looking forward to this.where is the jamboree being held? i had heard page's field had donuts done it it.

last night fairview scrimmaged FRA and neither varsity squad gave up a touchdown. fairview looked decent last night but no we can go correct our mistakes and get better. has anyone else in the region scrimmaged anyone?

fairview just takes pics in their jerseys and football pants. we usually take them during two-a-days and no one wants to put on pads in the middle of the day unless it is for practice. it doesn't matter how u look, it is what you do on the field.

how is mckenzie going to be this year after a great season last year, we played them in the playoffs and i wonder if we will meet them again?

i think it is funny that marshall co won both state tourneys on their home turf. if it is as bad as the hs season, the umpires don't geive the other team any calls and marshall's fans are a bunch of hooligans that hoot and hollar the whole game and the ump says nothing about it. so i will be impressed when they win away from lewisburg.

where was the 15's state tourney held at?

don't u mean chester plays martin and the winner plays springfield because since fairview lost we our out. yeah the umpires have been terrible all tournament. the umps missed three crucial calls in our game yesterday and once chester took the lead the umpires zone shrunk. yeah the umps also need to learn the rules because the other night they didn't even know what runner interference was. so this state tournment a joke except for the teams. good luck to you all.

the first round winners were fairview over springfield, chester co. over hendersonville, martin over dyersburg. Second round results- springfield over dyersburg, and martin over fairview. tonight's match-ups were springfield vs. hendersonville, and martin vs. chester co. that is all i know of, i play for fairview and there has been some great competition. too bad we weren't playing on a better field.

cenrtal plays probably in the weakest district in the sate so that is the cause of the snubb, i can't belive opnly one person from district 9aa made the team and that's derek clifton there are many quality players in these district.

fairview has an excellant pitcher in ben wilshire, he has a greta fastball with alot of movement, curveball, great change up and is working on a knickleball. he is only a junior and he can take control of a game. he led the jackets to the district championship last year with tthe help of rich anderson. ben also is a great hitter with 4 homeruns in 3 games.
