Not trying to troll ur thread but dnt forget Millington-AAA Runner up 2008 (we have lost the AAA game 3 years running..hopefully this year we will break that darn streak! Go West TN!! LOL) What really needs to happen is they send teams in different directions that way once the true powers from the middle and east dominate the sectionals and substates (like it used to be) then there would actually be some attendance in the stands at Murphy center. West Tn fans don't travel well, never have never will. T$$AA already knows this but if they did it this way you wouldn't see alot of teams from West Tn ever make it to the state tournament. Even less would make it in football. Middle and East dominate over the west in girls basketball year in and year out its a proven fact but i guess we all have to just deal with the system the way it is as broke as it is!!! so since we cant change that how about more the 5 of ya'll make the trip this year and support your team?

I agree! Upperman should dominate this game in the paint and if the refs let them play there is no way LA can stop Dyer down low. Upperman needs to put 2 people on the Sells girl and just zone the rest of them. It will be another close game but i'm taking Upperman by 5. 51-46

I am not a LA or Upperman or Pickett or Clay fan. The fact is that Wheaton made several bad calls in both championship games and if he is going to get emotional about being questioned about his calls, then he doesn't need to be calling any post season games. I'll take Wheaton over the clowns we had against Pickett Co. any day! He is as good as we've got around here and i promise you i am NOT a fan of refs!

I told ya'll they would win it back in January when you were talking about how good Cannon Co. was and how good LA is but i aint seen nuthin on here about how Upperman won the tourney! Does 8A have a chance to win any of these games? RBS is the #1 seed and got swept by Clay Co. this year and Friendship the #2 seed got swept by Pickett Co. this year as well so although they have an outside shot at winning because they host they have no shot at beating Jackson Co. or Clarkrange in the second round. I think it will be an all 7A semi finals whats everyone else think?

Gville wins this one pretty easily. Crange is way down this year. They were beaten last night by Jackson County by 30 and the other night by Clay by 20 so Gville can book their trip to livingston on tuesday.
