Thats a great accomplishment good for Mr. Grace. However if i was you i wouldn't add in the scoring leader stats because its very skewed. Out of all the games RBS has played 82% of them have either been against Home School teams or Class A schools. Not really a tough schedule to score against. Its a "pat your stats" night just about every game!

Ummm no they don't. They have swept Pickett this year, have split with Crange and have one game left at monterey, and one at Clay. JC will finish no worse than tied for 1st. Clay still has PC at home, JC at home and AT Clarkrange. don't like their chances. They have lost at PC and at JC. Barely beat Crange at home and don't think they will beat them in Clarkrange but either way it will be an exciting tournament and will be an exciting region tournament as well. If JC isn't hitting the outside shot then they can be beat as witnessed, because that lets teams collapse on Godwin but if they are hitting them then its theirs to win and they will win. Every team in District 7A will zone JC because they know thats the only way they can win is zone them and hope they don't make the outside shot because if we are then they have to go man and when that happens the flood gates open up because no one can guard Godwin or McMillan one on one. Now the girls side is over and done with. JC will win it the only mystery is who finishes second...

I hear one of them is alot better than the other one so yeah he gets the nod for sure

Hopefully JC girls will draw FCS girls first round of the region. What a laugher that would be!

My two favorite teams are Jackson County and anyone thats playing FCS (aka the private recruiting school) heard the new recruit was finally playing after having to sit out due to the "transfer" rules. Hope FCS gets beat and beat bad!!!

Hey Clarkrange won the game fair and square so not taking anything from them at all but it wasn't their defense that did it. They play a zone, JC had open looks all night long and i mean all night long they just couldn't make a shot. when you go 3 for 27 from the arc its a bad night. If just one of those goes in they win period if they go 4 for 27 they win. If they play again it will be a differnt story because your right Crange only has one sub and JC is alot deeper and has more athletes. but on this one night Crange won.

Definitely a fluke. JC played its worst game of the year shot about 10 percent from the field and still should have won in regulation but give CR credit they had a good game plan and when your shots dont go in the underdog gets momentum really thought JC would win once it went to OT but couldn't get a break. One game in a long season we will bounce back starting today at Oliver Springs!

One person you may not be familiar with ptguard because she is a fresheman is Jaycee Coe from Jackson Co. She should be a candidate, may not win it this year but if she continues to improve she will.

in Class A Godwin from Jackson County should be on it. averages a double double or close to it with a 20 point average per game, either leading or in the top 5 in assist, rebounding and shot blocking in the district. Grace from RBS should have a chance to be on it. averages over 20 a game and does everything for that team. Trent Boles from Clay County. mvp of district last year and leading scorer for Clay Co.

I like Trousdale in this one for some reason. They have been playing alot better lately and its in Hartsville so i like the home team. This is one of those "throw out the records" kind of game because its a district rivalry. If FCS is for real they will find a way to win so we'll see.........

Looking at your top 8 i think you're name should be akadazedandconfused. Perry County shouldn't even be in the top 20! They got beat by 44 POINTS by a team with a 5-9 record? Are you kidding me? Get out of the house a little homer!! Forrest got beat by Moore Coounty! Hello? Moore County? Jackson County had Moore County down by 31 in the 2nd quarter! The subs played the entire 2nd half and JC still won by 30. Give me a break Hampton is the weak sister from East Tn that will get to the state just because there is NO ONE over there thats half way decent. Summertown is 12-7 but i give them credit they've atleast played a decent schedule. This won't be the 8 teams that make it to the state tournament because there is a team out of Region 4A that will go and it will either be Jackson County or Friendship Christian in my opinion.

Why would i disappear? I promise you win or lose I will be back on these boards and if JC loses so what? They aren't suppose to win, but win or lose it will be a good game. The best you can do is split the season series thats it, so its not like you will be sweeping us. If i was you i would worry about how you're going to beat Upperman.

I got news for ya kodger you're right Mason will eat Godwins lunch and whatever else Godwin wants to shove down his throat. You're another one of those LA people that want everyone to think the starters didn't play much against JC but just in case you forgot JC beat LA's starters for the 3 quarters they were in there. I can't wait for this matchup and i hope they try to guard Godwin with Ramsey, he will be fouled out in less than a half mark my word! The reason he didn't play alot last time was cause he tried to guard him and got in foul trouble AT LA and you think he can guard him in Jackson County? As for the zone well that would be one way LA could guard him and the only way but if LA is so "mighty" why wouldn't they just man up against JC since they are SO much better in your narrow mind?? LA have to zone a Class A team? really? wow what a powerhouse you have there!! Now back to the subject, if Bibb had this team from LA no one around here would touch them, he is a great coach. LA has a puppet coaching this team and because they are so talented they win inspite of his ineptness. Jus sayin

Who has Hampton beaten this year? NO ONE! Hampton is another mediocre team out of the east that will make it to the state because there is usually only one decent team in East Tn a year and that one goes one and done in the state as will Hampton if they get there.

All i can say is my money will be on JC. Are they suppose to win, most say no you're not suppose to beat LA with the talent they have but JC already has beaten them and the next game will be at JC so i like their chances. Either way it WILL be a good game! LA has a lot of talented players but JC does as well. LA's big men cannot guard Godwin although the young Ramsey isn't bad he is still a sophomore against a very good senior and while the other Ramsey is 6'7 he has no chance against Godwin JC will just pull it out and give it to him and make Ramsey come out then he will just drive past him and dunk it on him, and the rest of the players matchup pretty evenly and JC has better coaching so i give the edge to JC in what will be a close game. No love loss between the schools even though they aren't in the same classification its still a big rivalry. We respect LA and yes even i do, and they are very capable of beating us because they are so talented and give us alot of match up problems as well so it should be a good game but in the grand scheme of things both teams would rather win a district game instead of this one. I still say ya'll have lost your mind firing you coach but thats water under the bridge. Ya'll have a good day!!!!

I got news for ya daddy, if you're going to hang your hat on beating JC then so be it but if i was you i would try to win my district first, that would be the first thing i would worry about. As far as beating us well the best you can do is split the season with us which is alot worse than what you should have done. Maybe thats your superbowl now beating JC and i can understand why since you can't win your district and will be done after the semi's of the region because it takes a coach to get past that round and ya'll aint got one!! So beat up on the Class A schools all you want if it makes you feel good, we'll start calling ya'll Cookeville North ! hahahaha
