  1. We were jamming him at the line and then once he got past 10 yards we would either put Chris or Ramsey on him in double coverage in addition to Murphy or Lee.
  2. Lucas Monroe. I'm a sophmore on the team for McCallie. But you probably don't know me from last year Banze.
  3. Final score McCallie 55 Notre Dame 0. Bowman only had 1 catch for seven yards. Even McCallie's second team defense was stopping him.
  4. Josh Suddath - McCallie Adarius Bowman - Notre Dame Jonathan Adams - Baylor Jake Skogen - Temple Nobody can argue with those four. [Edited by BigLu43 on 9-12-02 8:57P]
  5. Jake Skogen and Ryan Wadley. Wadley's dad has them playin defense like no other duo in the state. Both are also very explosive scorers.
  6. RLJ: Maybe MBA did have some players missing, but you can't compare Knox-Catholic at all with Tyner. Tyner is probably one of the top 5 teams in the state. McCallie did lose, but they lost to a very good team that is a whole lot better than Catholic.
  7. SHJ how can you rank MBA in front of McCallie. They barely beat Knox Catholic.
  8. Here's an attempt to rank the DII AAA teams. I will be able to rank them better when they start conference play. Tell me what you think. Super Seven Rankings: 1. Brentwood Academy 2. Baylor 3. McCallie 4. Christian Brothers 5. MUS 6. MBA 7. Father Ryan [Edited by BigLu43 on 9-8-02 9:19P]
  9. What about division 2 coacht?
  10. Chris Winton is the guy I was talking about. Saw him in a tape of the Webb/Cumberland County game and he had one incredible touchdown run. Too bad he never got a chance to show that against McCallie because McCallie's defense was smothering Webb's running backs in the backfield all night long.
  11. One of the fastest guys has to be the freshman running back for Knox-Webb. I'm not sure what his name is but I know he is number 9. He was supposedly clocked running something like a 4.38 40.
  12. Chris Johnson didn't play fullback last night TJ Brooks and John Shanks swapped out playing fullback. TJ played really well last night at fullback especially since it was his first time playing reguraly at fullback since probably ninth grade. Chris Johnson rotated in at swingback and croed on a long touchdown run in the third quarter. Corey Remillard is an incredible receiver for McCallie and will make most of the catches that other receivers cannot. The only thing he's got going against him is his size. Besides that, I think that he is one of the top 5 receivers in the state. McCallie looked pretty good last night, but they still will have to improve a little bit before they play Brentwood Academy and their defense needs to play like last night every game.
  13. Dice1550: Don't be so sure that Tyner will beat McCallie. I think it will be a close game, but McCallie will come out on top in the end because Tyner will not have the stamina to beat them. They never do. They might be winning in the first half, but they will not be winning at the end of the game.
  14. The Steam's lineup goes like this: Starters: 1. Ryan Wadley - Temple 2. Ben Britt - Red Bank 3. Josh Suddath - McCallie 4. Dewaun Ellison - Notre Dame 5. Jake Skogen - Temple Bench: Dewayne Ellison - Notre Dame Skye Conley - CSAS James Chapman - CSAS JohnJohn - Tyner Zach Monroe - McCallie Kyle White - McCallie
  15. Gomab, if these are supposively the AAU/Summer team rankings why are the Chattanooga Steam not on the list for the 17 year olds? I don't know if they've played any AAU games yet, but they destroyed the TN Thunder in YBOA play. They could probably take the Breakers with guys like Jake Skogen, Ben Britt, Josh Suddath, Ryan Wadley, and the Ellison twins.
