  1. I figured several of these might be weather related. We ended up playing when we shouldn't have. Our field was a MESS and the storm was bad.
  2. Does anyone know the scores that are missing for the following games? March 23 Culleoka vs Loretto March 25 Culleoka vs Fairview March 25 Columbia Ac vs Spring Hill March 25 Perry Co vs East Hickman Thanks.
  3. Who won the giles co and richland?
  4. who one the zion-ca game listed for today at April 20?
  5. I guess you're right, maybe I haven't witnessed enough games, but in the games I did witness CA is the strongest. East did not really show me anything but maybe I didn't witness the strong games they have played in.
  6. From the scores I have seen (and I wish more people would post scores) the whole district is doing well. It seems we either tie each other or only beat them by a small margin. It all depends on which team shows up to play on a given day. I think it will be fun to see the district outcome this year. I'm looking forward to it. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  7. I think the attitude is just part of the game. In the game I saw there was a lot of attitude and it started from the sideline. I didn't see as much strength and skill on the field this year from them as last. I think maybe they try to overcome the skills with their mouths, but that never works. The refs from the game we had also didn't help matters. They said they were going to call all slide tackles. Ended up they didn't until close to the end of the game after it was a tie game. Is it so much to ask just to play a regular hard fought game without all the extra drama?
  8. He had an asthma attack. They had mowed the field right before the game. He made it longer than we thought he would, but it started getting worse toward the end. He would have rather stayed in the game, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
  9. What settings are you using on the camera? That makes a big difference too, although the lens is one of the most important things. Also, use a monopod. You need as little camera shake as possible.
  10. Forrest did play a good game, but they only had 2 goals on the starting goalie. If the goalie had not gotten sick and leave the game then you might not have beat them 4-0. How many shots on goal did you take against the starting goalie? and how many against the backup?
  11. I'd say that is on the refs not the wildcats. There were also some tripping and other calls that should have been called the other way and weren't, so I think that was pretty even.
  12. My son had a cast on his left hand last year for a few games. He was able to play in all but 2 games with the cast. We wrapped it and the refs said it was fine. At one game the ref said he never allowed anyone to play with a cast, so they refused to let him. In the other game, it was the first round of the district and that ref also said no one with a cast would be allowed on "his" field no matter how much it was wrapped. Even with a doctor's note, some refs didn't seem to care.
  13. Just curious, if you are a player, why are you not at school today? You've posted several times today, do they allow you access to computers all day at school? I know at our high school, you aren't allowed in the computer labs unless you have classes there. I'd love to watch you play, but I guess I'll have to wait until you play against our team.
  14. East Hickman's overall record last year was 4-7-1 and district record was 3-3-1. There must be something in the water in East Hickman if you are so much better this year that you will win against everyone in the district. Did you not lose any seniors? or Do you have so many outstanding freshman? I'm not doubting you, but as a fan, I want to wait and see. I hope it is a good, healthy season for all the teams in District 12. Good luck to all.
