I personally dont think that Hendersonville beating Hunters Lane or Gallatin would be an upset at all.. They are all 3 great teams and i have seen hunters lane and hendersonville play and from what i hear gallatin is all around solid as well.. but from what i saw they were pretty evenly matched teams with hunters lanes fast athleticism mixed with a little power running when needed and hendersonvilles great special teams and an offense that can go for huge plays at any time.. i was impressed with both.. i say Hendersonville vs. Gallatin week 9 for the region championship.

Hendersonville really has a great squad this year led by future sumner county MVP Nick yazzie.. the kid has won the 100m and 300m hurdles in the county the past two years.. he must be mentioned as a great future college prospect.. Well Joey Walker and Michelle McLeod from Hendersonville must be mentioned here.. Walker was clocked at a showcase this past weekend at over 105 mph... while Mcleod is just a physical specimen in the womens tennis world..
