When is it time to change coaches? What are the tell tell signs that spark's the Administration to make change's?

At this point of the Game....does it really matter? I have a feeling this agenda with take place next year. This year is almost a lost cause. I was betting on It after week 3...They let him dig his hole and he dug a good one.

Just haven't heard alot about siegel. Not many siegel supporters on here. I have heard that they have had enough talent the past few years to represent but have not followed through. So I honestly don't know if it's talent and shedule or coaching that is enhancing the talent. With Aydelott I am going by history much like DNJ and from watching them play against Blackman. They were very prepared and knew what to look for. Their secondary is young an inexperienced. Aydelott told my son after the game that he was very surprised Blackman did not throw against them for this very reason. He still was prepared enough to stop what was comming and if it wasn't for three fumbles the game would have been much worse.

With hat in hand.........why do coaches not see what we do? And if they do then why don't they change? Is it stubborness or blindness? We all can give our opinions...some more than others...... but it seems that the majority agrees on most. You don't have to be a coach to point out the obvious as most of us aren't.

Hmmm...Chemistry? Identity? beleif in a system?, put them in a position for the best chance to win? Sounds like there's alot more to it than just x's and o's. New Question.....Can you usually tell from the get-go if a coach has the "IT" factor or not?

I started a thread about 3 weeks ago titled Coaching or Talent. A version of that thread was just Posted in the DNJ this past week. The proof is in the pudding, COACHING DOES MATTER. That is why I have started this thread. Ask the Oakland fans if they would be 4 and 0 if the last years staff was still there. Nothing is taken away from last years coaches....it's just a different approach that seems to work better with that particular team.

Who are the top 5 Coaches in the Region. Not necessarily this years record but the impact they have had on their team. Please don't name the 6th and 7th place coaches. This Is My Selection: 1) McDaniel (Oakland) New coach has done wonders....would not be where they are without him. 2) Adylott (Riverdale) Not as much talent as past years but still very steady 3) Hester (LaVergne) Young team but would be much worse without him 4) (Wilson Central) Winning when he should and maintaining the tempo from last year 5) (siegel) Impressive start has to be recognized What is Yours?

Jim transfered to Beckham Acadamy last year and Charles was arrested this summer for Writing Bad Checks.

Thats amazing! you joined coach t THIS MORNING...and already have posted twice defending the coaches....Looks like we have a LOT of Coach supporters that have just joined and have chimmed in. Maybe you are protecting your job's ....is that it? are you coaches trying to defend what's been happening? I also notice that ALL of the post by individuals regarding what's WRONG with Blackman have been DELETED, even one from this morning and a few from late/early A.M.. Hey Coach T lets keep it fair...there are 2 sides to this story. The post I read earlier did not bash anyone but simply stated an opinion. Also, I have not read the deleted post though I wish that I had. It wasn't me who wrote it. I think all of you know that I call em as I see em and have no problem posting my thoughts. Im still here and will continue to be as long as im allowed.

Thats the problem, the coaches are NOT doing there jobs. They are playing favorites because a select few have the ear of the coach. Not to sound like PBD but there are a few things that will be taken place Tuesday regarding this very thing. I have promised the administration that I would let them have this time. In a nut shell it's not what you know but who you know at Blackman and good kids including mine are getting (not their fair share) . Do you think my son and I just happened upon Blackman? Use your head. Your telling me if I ease up and kiss a little butt that the coaches will ease up and play my son? what about the best man for the job? So it's all about me and what I write? I would continue about this staff but I feel that I will not need to......it's getting handled. If you do not know all of the facts don't start writing until you do. There's a few pieces of the puzzle you are missing.

well if LaVergne has equal talent as Hillwood than Hester becomes the x factor....so things look good for LaVergne im on here talking about LaVergne..........im spending way to much time on Coach T...

then why does Beasley get to start this week when he missed 2 days? Is that fair? Are these the rules you speak of? Depth Chart...are you telling me that Collier and others are better? Their depth chart and thinking process makes NO sense.

AGREED: We will put it to a vote next Monday but only the ones that are "SURVIVORS" may vote. I would suggest that we pick games from only ONE region to substitute for week 7 and add teams Lebanon and Wilson Central. BUT after week 7 that chosen additional region be invalid and back to only region 4-5a (make any sense?). If we do this formula than I beleive we should have 0 bye's.....its easier to keep track of. what do you think?
