Wrong....didn't score on the first possession against my commanders. Congrats to TC. It was closer than I thought. Lots of our boys were out last night rootin for the Jackets.

I'm not hating on SP but TC takes this one. Yeah yeah, I know....strap up the basketball shoes etc, but this is TC's year. Congrats on a great season and you beat us last night fair and square. Just enjoy that one because it ends Friday night on the creekbank. TC.....you might want to rope off a section for the FC crowd. I'd say we will have a crew there to watch this. Oh yeah, and we'll be sure to bring our "illegal" horns with us. Those SP people weren't feeling the horns. We in region 4 all have em. Better get used to it. Well, if we can't win it, I want a fellow region 4 team to put it to em. Shouldn't be a problem. They are good, but nothing like last year. Very beatable. Again, TC puts the smackdown on the Pirates pretty handily.

SP has a good team. Not taking anything away, but TC wins easy. They will mop up the creekbank with the Pirates. Sorry guys, just ot good enough this year. Can't believe I'm saying this but.....go yellowjackets.

People say a lot of stupid things after a big loss like last year. Fact is, we got beat by a better team last year. May happen again. However, I know that we have a better team than last year in lots of ways. I have heard (here) that while SP is still very good, they aren't quite the team they were last year. Not sure how our crowd will be with the cold weather and long drive. The faithfuls will be there, but we have some fair wether fans that probably won't. I for one will have on the longjohns and be ready. Hope both teams come out with no injuries and all our travelers make it back to Lebanon safely.

You may be right. I hope not. However, I'll take your prediction before I'll take TC being 4-5 touchdowns better.

I'm not doubtin that you guys are a great team or that you will come ready to play. Just don't think it will be a run away like you think. Guess time will tell. Couldn't say exactly how many seniors we lost, but we are more of a TEAM this year for sure. I know TC has some revenge to get and I too hope it is injusry free. I will sy this.....whoever meets SP.....I hope we can get a region 4 win. Whether it is FC or TC, I will be pullin for good ole region 4. We'll have the concessions ready and no doubt a great crowd on both sides. It will be what HS football is all about regardless of the outcome. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the game is decided by one touchdown either way.

Couldn't agree more. I posted this on another post but it seems appropriate here, so I'll say it again. It was a great night. Weather was perfect. I was quite impressed by the bulldawgs. Sure we won the game but more importantly the boys treated each other with respect. The RBS boys have more class than many. There was a lot of helping the opponent up etc from both sides. They played tough. Took more than one of our players to bring them down lots of times. I say......hang tough bulldogs.....get that win.

True, true and true. We better be ready. G'ville will be gunnin for us. I don't think....and I certainly hope....no one is looking past this week. The starters only played a little into the second quarter and by the middle of the fourth, our eighth graders were playing. We better get ready. On a side note, I can't believe no one has had anything to say about our GIRL kicker. Figured that would get a rise out of some.

I wanted to say a couple of things that I saw at last nights game. Sure, we won. I don't think anyone expected us not to. However, RBS fought hard. They had 21 players if I counted correctly. Many times it took several of our players to bring down their boys. Those boys showed more class on the field than many teams do. I saw a lot of both teams helping the others up, patting them on the helmet etc. They played with character and I say kudos to the bulldawgs.

Congrats to Gordonsville on tonight's win. Let's hear it........FCS comes to Gordonsville........what do you say????
