excuse me for being dumb but do jr varsity games count and do they get to play for a state championship because seems to me that it doesnt mean to much if not. who cares who wins those games they are primarily for learning, am i right. If it does mean so much to south pittsburg to win every game even jr varsity games that they get on here and say its not fair that signal mountain played varsity players then why doesnt the band play at halftime of those same games and cheerleaders cheer and you actually pay to get in to those games. just a thought

Sounds like this preacher can really bring the excuses. Looks like both teams could have done better if the starting quarterbacks were in the entire game. Lots of ifs and buts being thrown around. I have read all the posts so far and really think this is silly. This is the way the country is going. Far to caught up in the athletics of high school to realize that these kids are gonna end up in the same place after graduation. No where. Will any of these kids go anywhere, will they make something of themselves or will they end selling drugs on the street like the rest. Both teams seem as though they want to win but sounds like the parents and the has beens or the never was's want it even more. I wish i could come to this game and see some of the parents reactions win or lose. Most of these kids probably hang out together as do most in small towns. But for one week out of the year they hate each other because of adults out there, that dont have anything else to do but live there football dreams through the bruised and battered bodies of high school football players. Seventy pages of nonsense. If these same adults would take the same amount of time that they have devoted to this forum and put it to spending time in the class room with the same kids just think what could be done in this small community
