  1. This is where the yoga meditation might come in handy...? Love from jack's gal
  2. This momma's got a little clip or two for you, my friend. Perhaps I'll just save it and press replay when we get there... THE BOBBY MAMA
  3. Batman-- please have your brother contact me. Jessica and her friends just adore him and his game coverage! She has all the App Law School taking study breaks to watch him on youtube. I had the pleasure of meeting him the after the game Friday night but didn't get to talk long. I want to make sure he gets to the game and the Taylors will be happy to host him. Have him give us a call 292-3231. Love, MamaT
  4. You think JJ might benefit from some Mama Taylor attitude adjustment medication? I happen to have some extra leftover.... I love that kid, really. I think he has huge potential and agree that he must be held in check- but he has to want to do it himself: "There are only two stimulants to one's best efforts: the fear of punishment, and the hope of reward." He has to figure that one out.
  5. Thanks, my Rebel Boys, for the most amazing show of Karma ever on Friday night! You all played as a team and that's what takes you all the way. I always ask my Yoga boys at the end of our sessions "How do you eat an elephant?" and they chant "One bite at a time, mama!" ...and that's what they've done-- played this season one game at a time to win each battle and ultimately, the war. As Greg and I watched that crazy TD that BT made where he popped out of that group of Boone monsters, we still couldn' get it. We slowed it down reel to reel and it still didn't make great sense that he came through that. Finally, we asked Bobby what he remembers about it and he said 'it was like there were these huge arms around me just guiding me through- like a safe bubble- I think it was Jake.' After that, it made perfect sense. To top our weekend off, we all went to see The Blind Side movie as a family yesterday. It was like someone had videoed our life and showed it in a 2 hour clip! We all cried, laughed, cheered, and held Bobby's hand through it all. "You're changing this boy's life." No-- he's changing ours. (One of the best lines from the movie.) Bobby took some of his friends with us to the movie and I must report that Bone slept through the whole movie because he said he knew how it ended. ha! How fitting that we should be playing this game on Thanksgiving weekend, as we have so many things to be thankful for? Karma-- I spent the summer preaching the meaning of that to my Yoga Boyz-- you get out what you put in. The South community has put in time, love, courage, honor, class, kindness, unity, trust, faith, and leadership by God first and our villiage of parents and elders second. These boys have taken these lessons well and are now proudly showing off what they've learned. As their leaders, we know each down, each game, and this season is but a moment in time, so we will wisely cherish it then let go. By letting go we let them grow- and what fantastic leaders they will be! The Taylors are smart enough to know that BT didn't get here with only our love-- it was a community that will continue to be blessed for supporting and guiding him along the way. Each one Teach one....thanks for including BT in your family. Great job Boone community, players, coaches, and families...this is just the launching pad for future success. We are proud of you! Love, DaBobbyMama PS- Batman: have your brother email me at TaylorD@JCSchools.org
  6. It's two of the best communities and pack of kids in this area. We are all winners before the game even starts & we have lots to be thankful for. Never take anything for grated, most of all, our children. Namaste.
  7. Go slow & sound it out. Some do require the higher order thinking ability, but just start where you are. Love, Mrs. Taylor
  8. I bet there's a few things you wouldn't believe about that BobbyMama, little one... You're right, our entire family agreed to only keep Bobby in the family if he beats Boone. Otherwise, he's up for grabs. For Loan or Keeps: one boy, good sized, can help with little sisters, cleans kitchen, runs fast, has good manners, a little short but makes up for it by carrying a ladder, kinda funny and minds his mama. Any takers? We routinely give up our children when they don't meet our increasingly high standards...like beating Boone. No need to call the Humane Society on us- they already know. Hope that answers your post TB08. By the way, do you need a yoga lesson? Seems as if you chakras could use some adjusting. I know just the gal! OMMMM
  9. 1. Got the chill pill in the mail- thanks so much. It was a close call! 2. I never even got into the 534ever fight-- BobbyDaddy took care of that for me. I got my own little "deal" for that dude and he'll never see it coming. 3. I'm not to the elder state of paranoia just yet, so I never thought everyone was after my son. I'm after him to clean his room and rake leaves and that's all I can handle. If everyone or anyone would like to get after him, I can give you a list of chores I'm whining about. 4. I didn't much reckon that the Boone fans would be holding up "Go My Dearest Bobby" signs at the game. I was pretty certain they would cheer for their own boys. Check. 5. Party after the game? WHEN is there NOT a party after a game?! Most of us don't even wait till after the game to start. We 'warm up' early then practice a little to make sure we get it right. It's an old trick I learned at FSU. 6. How did you know this was me if I don't know that's you? Good guesser I suppose! Go REBS-- Karma is REAL--Play for '4'- and Wyatt Earp: "From now on I see a red sash, I kill the man wearing it. So run you cur. And tell the other curs the law is coming. You tell 'em I'm coming! And H***'s coming with me you hear! H****s coming with me!" Love, BobbyMama Josephine: I'm a woman, I like men. If that means I'm not "lady-like", then I guess I'm just not a lady! At least I'm honest. Wyatt Earp: You're different. No arguin' that. But you're a lady alright. I'd take my oath on it.
  10. You might need to think again about the target remark. Bobby is great friends with his boys from Boone...if you knew anything you'd know the Boone boys are like family to us since middle school. You'd also know that none of those boys or coaches really gives a flip that he didn't go to Boone- they are real friends that just want the best for BT because they know what he's been through. Much bigger than any target. The Boone familes have treated BT like their own and still do. Do some research first-- then never miss a good chance to just shut up. BT would not be the great kid he is today without the love of the Gray Middle teachers, students, coaches, and families. To them we will always be greatful. No one could be more proud of the Boone and South players than the Taylors-- we've been blessed to have these great kids in our house and in our lives. The "BT leaving Boone" fight won't fly- pick another one. Bobby and Jesse are best of friends and they know we expect them both to play hard on the field and in life. BobbyMama
  11. Yeah, and don't make me come down there after you again Rebels! Love, Yoga Mama
  12. Today we are still editing your posts for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and complete sentence structures...it should take most of the day, but makes for great practice. You're really failing in the 'complete thought' category. This is my last year, as well. I'll be free to hang with you ALL the time after May! Just think...unlimited Yoga instruction by the MOM of OM... PS... Volman, you're sweet. Thanks for the props--- us 40 year old moms of 5 need all the purr we can round up! OK Waco-- I'm out. It'll take all day to finish this editing. Catch me on the South threads, Waco, and I'll send you the corrections. BMamaBaby!
  13. I think I sent him over the edge. Sorry boys, sometimes I can't resist pulling his chain! He's just so predictable. Silly third grade name-calling is all he can pull out his bag of tricks for me...I just keep hoping there's some other level of intelligence there, but alas-NONE. Bless his heart...
  14. Wacco & Mutt--- can I get in on this fight?! I've been calling him out for a good fight for 2 years and he just yaps. I asked waco to come to one of my yoga classes and he was too chicken to even do that. You're safe, Mutt. He's inviting you over to his office till Friday because he has the entire week OFF. He's in mourning, remember?! His flag is half mast forever... the one in his head AND the one in his mama's yard...and probably that other one... So come out and play Waccccccooooooo? Leave Mutt alone...it's all about me, remember?! MommyDaOmmmy
  15. Oh no you don't m&j! It's well known that WACKO is all mine. Don't mess with my boy--- you'll get a yoga beating from his fav girl...
  16. Printed and will be delivered after school to the boy. Love, Mom
  17. Most were in the parking lot sitting on the tailgate of my car until game time...which could have contributed to he rowdy crowd. Hope you can join me next week! BTW- this dedicated mom got her hair 'did' on Saturday- painted REBEL BLUE for the playoffs! I highly recommend all other dedicated fans doing the same before Friday. I promised my Yoga Rebels that I would BLUE my hair if they made it to playoffs--- I was never so happy to get my hair painted on this joyous occasion! WHEN we make it through this Friday, the Duece has semipromised under pressure and Chinese torture to let me put Rebel Blue weave in his head...but he says I have to catch him first. Notta problem- who do you think taught him to run that fast? Duh? The boy will be FRESH in his blue weave and Michael Jordan black high top cleats that Stacy doesn't care for. Z told him that he looks like a real black RB with them on! Whatever- as long as they keep him churning those little, cute legs. Aren't we PROUD of our boys?! Never get to busy to just be dang proud. These moments are the best days of our lives as proud parents. Go Reb Nation... DA OM of REBEL BLUE DO

  19. Thanks blazer. And thanks to the Boone fans that handled their win over the Indians this year with class. Unlike some of the other Schools. Yeah and you betta listen to Waco 'cause he knows EVERYTHING about class. Dang, he's the KING of class! Come out and play Waco---- only a few more weeks with me on Coach T Football and I'm signing off. You'll miss me...KISSSSSSSSSS!
  20. Hey Waco--- you bring your tuba and I'll get my banjo- we can make beauuuuutiful music together.

  24. Did somebody say party?! The Mamas of this bunch gotta have a little fun, ya know... afterall, we do take full credit for raising this bunch of talented, attractive, and successful boyz! Here's to the REBEL MAMAS....tough love and good times, as always. Anyone joining me for the Moms of the Year meeting before the game tomorrow? I'll need to plan ahead. Preparation is essential for all good Moms, as we all know. No, Dads....you're not invited this time either....some things are best left to the ladies. (Or as Greg says..."Hey! That's no lady- that's my wife!") REBEL KARMA LIVES ON... The BobbyMama & Apple Pie
