HB may be changing the offense to 5 wide. May take some time. P-C great talent and will be OK if MF stays out of sight. AHS needs for the assistants to work. MW & WC will not be as good. OVT. needs an OFF. Cord. McGwill be OK if Broome continues to allow assistants to do most of the work.HLHS, GHS, & HHS will be terrible. SHS has a long way to go.

Why not bring back Traye Aric, a former Sumner Co. head coch. He is well schooled in the wing t,working with Coach Holmes and Coach Alexander and still lives in Sumner Co.

He knows, and all of you know he is not going to get the job. So quit banging the drums. Life is not always fair, nobody is promised a rose garden, and somebody else is in charge.

I do not seek or need your approval for my posts. To answer your question. I would not presume, [ as others have ] to name any coach, but I think the prinicpal should allow enough time to get a large group of interested coaches to apply. Antioch has the best talent in Nashville, And I agree with the large mummy that it has been wasted the last 3 years. The coach sould have had some experience in offensive, & defensive game planning along with executing these on game nights. He should have worked well with staff members , football & school and be able to interact with the community. That's my pick. Good luck in finding him in metro./

He did win a lot more games than the previous coach at Stratford and more wins than the one that replaced him. It seems the majority of the metro coaches now are only concerned with wins and loses and everything is fair. So what is the problem.

You can't, I say you can't be serious, a PORCH SITTING BANJO PLAYING moonwink to be a head coach. Only in metro.

Nobody can predict what will happen in metro, because the athletic director has no clue about anyone that can coach. If someone crosses him or one of his close buddies, then you never will be a head coach.

Metro has a chance to correct a mistake, but will they take the time to do it right. They need to allow the many fine coaches we have in middle Tn. to apply and then they can make the best choice. Maybe, could bring Coach Holmes back home.

5a football in metro is terrible, there should be a lot more openings because of the performance of these teams. There are many good players in all these schools, and with enrollments of 1800-3000, the numbers on each team should be large. The coaching staffs should work hard during the off season to get the athletes in the school to play football. The head coaches should work all year in promoting football, but most put up the equipment and any thoughts about football until the season begins the next year. The mid state and private coaches just outwork metro coaches.
