  1. If all the gears click this Friday, we have a chance. But I haven't seen all the moving parts work well together this season and I'm not sure why that is. So as much as I'd like to take the boys from Evensville I think Soddy gets the win Friday.
  2. I haven't seen any progress this season with the exception of Rice and A Smith becoming beasts and Hunt tallying up some yards. All the parts just aren't working together this season. I don't see us getting the win Friday and that's not sandbagging.
  3. #41 Chase Suttles LB, RB #44 Jay Graham RB LB #47 Mason Reynolds TE DT #52 Zach Holton LB OL #38 Dylan Lewis DB WR #32 Jose Marquez WR DB
  4. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Enjoy your families and time off.
  5. Nah more like motor mouth yapping all season from you. If you could possibly lose a game without pulling RHEA into your comments for a beat down that would be amazing. You had a good season but it's over. Leave us out of your recaps.
  6. As much as it pains me to say "Go, Owls!" Now I need a beer.
  7. Yeah. I posted pretty much the same sentiments thn decided to delete because I knew it wouldn't bethe popular opinion. But I really don't care. Season's over. It was a terrible way to end our run. The behavior was bad. The jersey on e ground was and is unacceptable.
  8. This was more than losing a temper or being frustrated. A player threw his helmet, his gloves, then bumped a ref. After he was ejected he took off his jersey and threw it on the field. That is total disrespect.
  9. "Kinda lost their cool" is being way too kind. It was am embarrassing display. I have never seen anything like it.
  10. I think there were two picks by Suttles and an interception by Cooley with some yardage. That's what the paper says. lets hope the defense continues to improve. The Golden Eagles turned both Suttles’ picks into second quarter touchdowns. Suttles halted a Panther drive at midfield with an acrobatic grab before tumbling out of bounds midway through the period. He later foiled another Lenoir City march with a diving catch at the Eagle seven. “At first, I didn’t think the refs were going to give me that second pick, but I knew I had caught it clean,†Suttles said while soaking up post game plaudits. In addition to the key interceptions, Suttles led the Eagle defense with eight tackles. Reece Cooley’s 25-yard return of a fourth period interception on an ill-advised flanker reverse pass cost Lenoir City its third turnover of the night. Also playing well for the Golden Eagle defense were Brady Rice, Christian Simon and Davis, who finished with five tackles each.
  11. PA everything you and dem owls do is bigger and better than everyone else. We get that already.
