That was a butt kickin last nite! Its hard enough for a team to guard one shooter who is hot but 3 is undoable. Even though I was for the other team that was fun to watch when young people, who work hard, have a good game when it counts. We will regroup for next year I guess. If anyone even, remotely, thinks that Dyersburg is the same team as earlier in the year they are sadly mistaken. Strayhorn has made everyone around her much better and all the others are getting comfortable in their roles. I dont think OC has anyone that can contain Strayhorn. I do think it will be a classic Dburg/OC contest though. Dyersburg by 7.

We should know something by noon today. She is in good spirits and hopes to use this as a learning time. Sometimes it helps to listen to whats going on during the game. This helps a lot of players while mending from injuries. She will come back strong and she has a lot of support from her teammates.

Dont forget you are dealing with a 16 year old student athlete and they should not be pulled in any direction. They should not be made to make a CHOICE this early in life. What is wrong with both programs benefitting from a special athlete.
