  1. Liberty's spread attack is more run oriented than Dyer co. and Brighton if I'm not mistakened. Should be interesting to see how Liberty's defense will fare against the wing t of Covington. Their defense has been outstanding against Haywood and JCM. Covington has the slight advantage since they are playing at home, but I know the Crusaders will be looking for revenge after what happened last season during the semi-finals! Hopefully my Tech Crusaders will get a huge W this week!
  2. Good win for Northside. I'm curious as to how 15aa will turnout. Lexington should go on to win cupcake 14aa and finish 9-1 or 8-2.
  3. Why was Liberty even brought up In this discussion? Anyway, this should be a fun one to watch. Two fairly young good teams scrapping it out. Lexington seems to be on a roll, while Northside is also doing well. It seems as if this one is a toss up. Lexington hasn't really played anybody and Northside didn't exactly look too good against Covington and struggled to beat a decent at best Ripley team. I'll take Lexington winning a close one because of their physical style of play. This should be a great one to watch!
  4. The illegal man down field call was not the only call that took points off the board for either one of the teams. What about earlier in the game when Whitehaven was flagged for running into the kicker? It was after Maryville failed to score 3 points and after the replay was shown it was clear he was pushed into the kicker and it was also clear that the player was only trying to hold the kicker up, keeping him from falling. This resulted in a first down and Maryville ended up scoring on the drive also. Without that touchdown Whitehaven wins in regulation possibly. Officiating was bad both ways, but it's apart of the game. Congrats Whitehaven!
  5. Liberty should bring quite a few fans. A lot of fans traveled to White House the other night. With Covington being a lot closer, there should be a ton of Tech supporters in Covington Friday!
  6. Liberty doesn't have much size, but they do have a ton of speed on both sides of the ball. On offense they like to run the ball mainly out of the spread, but will and can throw it if they have to do so. There quarterback has a cannon.
  7. Should be an extremely good game Friday! Both squads have a ton of talent and good coaching. At this time of year, nothing matters except what happens that night. So 13-0 and 9-4 can be thrown out the window because its either win that night or go home! I'm hoping my Crusaders can pull off another huge playoff win on the road! Goodluck to both squads!
  8. I'm extremely proud of the Crusaders! They were down on the road and battled back through adversity and got the W! Congrats Liberty! Great game!!!
  9. I believe Liberty will come ready to play on Friday. The last two wins were pretty impressive, but that means nothing now. I expect them to come out, be physical, and get another big win on the road in the playoffs. Good luck Crusaders!!!!
  10. I'm sure some of you Lexington posters will eat your words after this game. Liberty lead from the beginning and had complete control throughout. Liberty is up 42-18 in the 4th quarter. Great job TECH!!!!!!!!

  12. Liberty is playing alot better than they were earlier this season. Lexington has gotten the best of them the past 3 times, but that means nothing. The only thing that matters is what happens this Friday night and I believe that Liberty will come out on top in a very close game. Best of luck to the Crusaders!!!!!
  13. I have seen this young man play a few times this season and watched his highlight tape on youtube. He has a high motor and really brings the wood!!!
