Jackson is the better player, but Jones was on the better team. You can double Joe Jackson as Hollins and Green are inconsistent. You can't double Jones, too many weapons that could pick up his slack.

The Sophmore PG Devonte Hampton, has really been playing nice this postseason, so was McAfee if Coach Johnson can keep that going then they'll be back next year. The key for next year for all of those teams is replacing Seniors and DEVELOPING their younger guys. Will Woodfork, Rod Tucker, Jalen Thompson, and possibly Leron Black at White Station Markell Crawford, K.C. Goodwin, Willie Atwood, and the 6'9 guy at Melrose D'Arius Sorrel, Josh Jones, Tay Tay Perkins, and Blake Johnson at Central Jajuan Johnson, Donovan Humphries, Marlon Polk, and Trevor Gibson at Southwind Matt Butler, Earving Morris, and Alex Anderson at Memphis East All of them are great individual talents, but they'll need to replace alot of scoring and leadership. Just imagine the seniors Memphis is losing. Tarik Black, Joe Jackson, Chris Crawford, Darrian Gray, Todd Mayo, Austin Hollins, Tim Peete etc. Great group of players.

They'll be back next year too.

I was at that game Trader, and the Lane Violations slowed the game down way to much and was the reason that game didn't live up to its potential, just had a sloppy feel, but an awesome ending.

This game depends HEAVILY on Adonis Thomas. If he plays well, gets 15+ points, and at least 8 rebounds then I believe Melrose takes this game. The thing I love about Melrose's big guards is that they are physical. Bobby Parks, and McAfee have played outstanding post defense this postseason. Chris Jones vs. Joe Jackson will be the 2nd most important matchup. Melrose shut down Joe Jackson last time, if they do it again I don't know if Miles, Williams, and Johnson can do what they did against Clarksville NE. Melrose 78 White Station 74!

Bearden seems to be getting worn down. Like I said earlier, Rucker is out/hurt so Bearden's chances improved drastically, but seems like they're trying to run too much with Melrose.

Bearden's chances will improve drastically if Nate Rucker and Adonis Thomas are sidelined again. That will allow Bearden to match up a little better talent and size wise.

Theres no satisfying you Middle TN fans haha. Melrose owns your team without its two best players, one who doesn't even play more than 8 minutes and the overrated talk begins. Well if Melrose is overrated, Siegel is garbage right, right?

Clarksville NE has our respect my friend. If they didn't we would be predicting another Melrose/Siegel game this might be one of the best games in the tourney.

Gopackers is obviously a hater. Melrose won big with the two best players, Adonis Thomas and Nate Rucker, on the bench.

Liberty has also played a very tough schedule including some Memphis teams like Melrose and Germantown. They're a rough, tough, and experienced team who is up for the challenge. They are an excellent defensive team as well.

Yes they can play with White Station and I think they can beat them as well, but with the way Nino Johnson played today I wouldn't bet on it. Hollins will do better and so will Jackson. So Northeast is a great team and they would give either Memphis team some trouble, but unfortunately White Station wins by 6. With the ways refs have been calling fouls and the probability this game will be close. I'm predicting a score of 59-53.

Yeah hopefully some of the Bearden supporters are more focused on the game instead of the politics. FYE just, because you don't score 20 points in 1 game doesn't mean you're not D1 talent my Middle TN friends.

Lol Even playing awful Melrose is still 33 points better than Siegel, and if you didn't know they already killed White Station twice! I knew it was coming, but at least we all know Melrose IS AT LEAST 30 points better than Siegel, and it was a sloppy game.

What has Bruce Pearl proven? The inability to develop talent? To win that game? To make it past the 2nd weekend of March Madness. Haha, I would love to see Tennessee lose its upcoming recruits and a coach with only a few weeks to recruit and see where they end up at? Probably CBI. One thing Pastner has already proven is that he's a better recruiter than Pearl. The only reason Pearl wanted Chris Jones is, because he couldn't get Black, Jackson, or Crawford. Lets hope you guys don't get beat by SDSU or that Bobby Maze doesn't use a bong to hype himself.
