  1. Tony Kemp i think is the center fielder for Centennial High. Josh Lee SS from Indy is the real deal, awesome swing and a beast of a fielder. And Landon Synder is a total beast on the mound he was on my travel team and he reminds me of Randy Johnson because of how tall he is.
  2. '4-Indy's fans. Well the actions at last game says it all.' Lets see, well we already knew we were going to win because we were 3-0 againist them in history and we werent going to the playoffs, more than half the student sectoin was in Murfreesboro cheering on our Volleyball team who played Brentwood and won, if you did not know Indy had the best and loudest SS at the v-ball tournament, we were already tired from that, and last but not least it was senior night the seniors were talking it up and having a good time, talking about the v-ball game. Oh and it was freaking halloween tons of parties that you probably werent invited to. If your gonna talk trash to Indy, dont talk trash about our school pride, no matter what goes on we will support them through thick and thin.
  3. Oh yea i forgot about HHS and Franklin playing eachother at Vandy the past two seasons but yea i totally understand that. I just thought Centennial would be a good one seeing how Centennial doesnt really have a rival. In the old region it usually like this when it comes to rivals; Franklin-Brentwood (obvisous, two older schools), Brentwood-Ravenwood (Ravenwood spilt up brentwood high, instant rivalry), Franklin-Independence (IHS 2nd year varsity team came from behind to win 24-17 spoiling Franklin's state ranking and region standing, FHS has hated us ever since and also has a civil war kind of wierd feel to it, Independece Eagles..Franklin Rebels) Those games usually draw the most crowds. Centennial even tryed to start one with Indy in 2008 by putting up flyers on our school doors and windows saying 'this is Cougar Country', but we whopped their butts.
  4. I ment really just one school who youve hated for years but maybe u and centennial could become rivals seeing how only one of you, CHS or HHS, will make the playoffs, you both have pretty good basketball teams each year, and yall are the 5A teams in 11-AAA who knows.
  5. Ha this topic is a joke if you guys couldnt win in 6A then do you seriously think you could do much better in 5A? Maybe you'll do ok in your District like an average .500 but if you make the playoffs you wont make it past round 1. Yall are a JV compared to the rest of Williamson Co. Oh and btw week 7 yall are going to be a historic 0-5 againist Indy. Your the only team Indy is undefeated againist* Dont get me wrong i would love to see you guys do good, i know a lot of guys at your school but right now the only good thing about CCHS is your band. *Played more than just one game.
  6. Wait is Centennial now 5A, and who is Hillsboros 'rival'?
  7. Technically no and yes. HHS is in a district with teams in 6A and one other 5A team, i think?... its very confusing..
  8. Reason for saying and thinking of middle tn is i didnt know that else is out there in other districts in the east or west tn but now that u said that it makes me feel better if we do the best in such a competitive district. But after looking at 4-AAA all i really know of is Maryville and i do know a little of District 16-AAA with White Station Melrose and Whitehaven.
  9. Thats very true i almost forgot about them, and i will never forget that butt whopping symrna gave us(Indy) in 08, all because of a freshmen running back. But still with only two teams going to the playoffs out of Ravenwood, Independence, Brentwood, and Franklin thats just as tough as Riverdale, Symrna, Oakland, and whoever is their 4th best team, Blackman?
  10. Ok i pretty much read all of this thread and first off who ever said basically whoever has the best record between Centennial and Hillsboro then they go to the playoffs is correct and for hillsboro it wont be so hard to do. Centennial is the only one in the district that has not gone to a state championship. For the record they had their best record last year, lost to Brentwood in 2nd round in playoffs i think and lost all of their 'key' players. Side note, its kinda sad how Ravenwood was ranked the highest in best school rankings or whatever seeing how Ravenwood and Indy both look the same, and Indy has a stronger no tolerence policy. ex. you get in a fight or punch someone you go straight to juvie, if you have enough tardies then you could go to court, and if are late to first period then you get an instant detention no excuses. And i appricate the fact that everyone has a view of Williamson Co football, every game is rivarly game and is the toughest county in middle tn, and is the SEC of middle tn football. You could probably one team in regular season but lose to them in the playoffs. Crowds are intense, everyone braggs about their teams and their student section on how big, loud they are or the band, chants, or flag size or whatever else is cool. Representing their school with pride is key. But schools in the district will take Hillsboro seriously but you guys have to prove your 11-AAA worthy, even though i know you guys are better than Centennial. For the past 5 years the 'old region' had at least one reprensentative in a state final in football.
  11. Yea we'll see if they match up to our 14 returning starters next year.
  12. Really? didnt you guys lose your two senior running backs that kicked the snot out of everyone, including franklin that made me laugh, and you think your the team to beat? Wow im from Indy so i'll be looking forward to the week 1 game at our house. So who your returning starters?
  13. According to the Tennessean Rwood hired their offensive cord. as head coach yesterday.
  14. Oh and also Indy plays MBA, on sept. 11 i think, and Okland will still be tough even though they lost those two great running backs that destroyed franklin's D. But other than that Indy plays Siegel, LaVerne, and Columbia for the other non-district games.
  15. Well your right bout relatively new and just 5 years ago he was a head coach of a middle school team (heritage). And your right about the 'old administration' (Old Principal) Dr. Webb.... i mean Marylin Webb, could care less about indy sports, and since Dr. Campbell has got here he has already added a new asst. principle come from FHS and fired our Basketball coach. Who knows? But i seriously doubt he'll fire Eubanks. Eubanks is here to stay.
  16. Listen Eubanks has only coached in the high school level for 4 years, he is a very young coach and i dont think Dr. Campbell is gonna fire him after one bad year. But he could sort of be on the hot seat if he cant have an above average sesason next year, and yes really tough schedule with two state champions (@Hillsboro and Oakland) and one runner up (Franklin).
