So who do you all see that 1 or 2 losses coming from? Fairview will be loaded and will ans should beat you all. Giles would beat you with their freshman team. Spring Hill will stomp you again. Marshall is bringing back a ton of talent with more experience then you all have. So tell me who is going to be that 1-2 teams to beat the mighty LCHS.

Are they having one this year? If so could someone give some details on it. When, where and who has comitted to coming?

Agreed. Much like the Fairview deal last year I just wished they wouldn't have made a dog and pony show and wasted so many peoples time. This not only effected the Indy kids, but those of Spring Hill, Frankl,in, etc.etc.etc.

According to a second hand source Webb went into the interview and it was made clear that Dyson would run the defense. Apparently Webb has made it known to his buddies that he knew very quickly within the interview that Indy wasn't the right place for him. Also heard that Dyson got defensive when an interviewee questioned some of the things he wanted to do on defense. If Dyson is a good coach because he played in the NFL then wouldn't it make more sense for him coach the offensive side of the ball sense that is where his experience is?

this post has gone way south and very southern by the racial innuendos. Law resigned. Period. He would not have been let go and don't try and come off as self righteous to think that coaches in the almighty wilco don't grab players by the jersey and yell. or swear. Indy is lucky to have Coach Law. I don't know anything about Dyson. I think it was a snow job, but it can be a snow job without being racial. First of all, I do not know who Law is. I don't know what he was accused of or even if he was accused of anything. I was merely pointing out that an educator can resign before being fired and the accusation does not go on the teachers permanent record. The slate is clean. Therefore Law or any other teacher man or women could be hired and the employer would never know about the accusations. Again I do not know Coach Law and have no information about him I would not know him if I bumped into him therefore I have no oppinion of him good or bad. Secondly, I have no clue how anything racial was taken from my statement. I believe it was as clear as black and white that Dyson was always getting the job. they wasted a lot of peoples time by doing a mock interview process. And it is obvious that since the current administration has taken over he is going to hire his buddies as much as possible. Thirdly for you to insinuate that all the South is racist shows your ignorance. If you truly believe it to be that way then maybe you should move to a place that would make you happier. Good luck to Coach Dyson and staff but I think everyone will see how good a coach Eubanks was.

Well Mr. Indyeagle 09. I would bet the farm that you know nothing about either of these guys. More so Law than Dyson. You may want to chek facts before you start spreading stuff around. First to answer your question, NO Law was not let go. There is no way WilCo will hire anyone who has been fired or "let go". He resigned on his own terms. You can probably ask around if you want to know more about the Law guy. I heard he was going to go to Oakland but chose Independence instead. Now, I've been reading a lot of post about this situation. The bottom line is Dyson is the coach. Whether you support him or not is you wish. If you're not going to support, then don't tear the program up with your negativity. There's no way of knowing what's going to happen until it happens. I do think Dyson knows a little football. After all, he was the guy 1 yard short of SB champion. I'm sure he didn't spend all that time playing college and pro ball and learned absolutely nothing. Doesn't he have a masters degree? I wish Independence the very best in 2010. Regardless who the coaches are. Just a little correction. If a teacher decides to resign before being let go or fired then nothing goes on his record. So lets say Law grabbed a player and was going to be "let go" but turns in his resignation first. The grabbing of the player never goes on his file (unless letigation is taken). Therefore Law could have done something and WilCo wuld never know. Now I know absolutely nothing about Coach Law and don't know if accusations are true or not. I was just stating a point. By the way the Micheal Jackson comment was great and a lot of truth can be read into that comment.

I don't think I have hated on Scharch what so ever. But if you want we can look at his credentials. Eagleville was no better off when he left then it was when he opened the school. Spring Hill-stays 2 years and then wants to bail because he know they have "nothing coming back" (his words) Did take them to playoffs (with 25 seniors I might add) but got embarrassed in the 1st round. I simply made the statement that coaching in Williamson County will be a whole lot different than coaching in Maury County. He will be held accountable on his teaching in the classroom ability and his coaching ability. Therefore................................You Sir are a Moron. I hear an announcement will be made later on today.

Couple of factual statements. 1-Eubanks was NOT forced to resign. Anyone that says otherwise has NO clue what they are talking about. 2-All knowing Hogan has given us absolutelu NO information so to be asking him these questions is like asking a any other poster questions(me included) what is going on with the administration. The only FACTS that I know are that Eubanks was not forced out and the job was offered to Webb. And Scharch did interview. Personally I feel the program goes in the wrong direction by hiring Scharch. Finally the last couple of years the program has not had the talent level they had when they went to state title game. Remember they had an unseen amount of luck in the playoffs that year. (tipped ball versus Franklin, Millington collapsing etc etc.) Anyways maybe Indy has struggled because of talent. Skill positions were very very average speed at best compared to other teams in region

Palin Smitty was not going to be hired back as a teacher. He didn't get the job done in the classroom, therefore he didn't leave on his own accord. Funandgames Eubanks was brought over by Webb when he took over the head job I thought. Doesn't really matter but I am pretty sure she brought him over. Most coaches have to teach and I believe the best teachers are coaches, but I am telling you that teaching in Williamson County is very different from other places, especially when you are not the administrators number 1 guy. Not saying WCS is better at all but very different. Lots and lots of loopholes that teachers have to go through that others systems don't have. Yearly evals, no athleetic classes, county tests that are used to judge a teachers performance, etc.etc.

3rd coach in what 5-6 years? Maybe IHS is one of those places no one stays at very. I had my doubts about the new Administration from the beginning! Apparently having problems get his guys into the system. Scharch would not be a good fit at Indy or any school in Williamson County. Much more is expected than just coaching he will have to teach as well. Really teach meaning no weight classes etc.

I think Hogan knows nothing. I have heard a few names floating around. Webb(obviously), Scharch (at Spring Hill) i know he applied and interviewed. and a coach from Ensworth. I have heard these names from very reliable members of the QB club that where in on the interviews. Seems like Scharch learned from Rankin very well he applies for every job that comes open.

I am pulling for Giles. it is unfortunate they have to play a magnet school with all their unfair advantages in how they get their athletes. Just curious where is the RB really zoned to go? I heard Jackson South Side.

You all shouldn't have to wrry about Page you all already beat the 2nd best team in our district. Page is soft up front and if you play like yu did against SH the you will be going to Giles next week.

They have a couple good freshman. QB and RB but that is about it. Their freshman D and O lines where horrible so they have not much coming in the way of lineman next year. Had 1 little WR that could fly but other than that the picking are slim

yeah, FranklyIcantRead ( ) is a Spring Hill fan, I think. I have no idea why he's even here. I can't read this coming from a guy that made a long accusation accusing me of something I never said. Let me inform you of something Mr. PMS Patriot; LOL See I can do that stupid little name game too. I am a Fairview/Indy fan. More of Fairview. I know several of the Page players/parents. That is how I have seen both teams play. You get on here bashing everyone with very little knowledge of the game. You are probably one of those fans that set in the stands yelling at the coaches aren't you? You know the one's I am talking about. The one's that don't have the guts to go talk to the coaches face to face. That is you Mr. PMS Patriot, isn't it? Come on Bigboy man up and show some courage. Where did I say anything about the Line? I said it favors Defensive football. Learn some reading comprehension. Have you seen both teams play? I have and Creekwood is the better team. They have a much better QB and by far the best back on the field in #6. The lines are very equal in they are not great but do an o.k. job. As for reciever well I think all the dropped balls speak for themselves when talking about Page. #16 never makes a play, #81 and #9 are slower than Granny Clampit and #1 has to be the biggest whiner and baby on the field that I have ever seen play.

Pages Defense is pretty good. Quick, Physical, and sworm to the ball. What about Creek Woods D CW has been knocking heads this year...they have intensity that they have been missing the last couple of seasons...you take away camden's QB and CW wins big against them... first CW alumni with 1000 posts...hold your applause please... Talking to some of the players they seem to think that PP is #1 step dad. From what I hear he has been a burden all year and is a straight up moron. Glad the player doesn't act this way. Did you forget about the David Lipscomb game? They got handled pretty good if I remember correctly. Other than that they have played well but they haven't played anyone really. Just about every game has been on a wet field which favors defensive football. That could be said for just about every team in the area. Fairview should have beaten Page. We have played both teams and from watching both games Creekwood is the better team. Hawks by 2 TD's

I think Creekwood wins this one fairly easily. Page is way overated. Their D is not that good they have just had the advantage of playing less talented teams and on wet tracks for the most part. If anyone throws the ball then they are in trouble. Is for their Offensive I agree their QB is not very good and should find ways to get the ball in their players hands. All you have to do is look what happens when Page played teams with equal talent. They are 0-4 against those teams. Creekwood has equal talent so 0-5 is coming this Friday night. I do have 1 question though. I have heard that Page had the advantage of a wet field against Giles and then last week everyone thought Page would win due to the wet field. If it is raining and wet doesn't the advantage go to the running team? SH is an I team so woouldn't they have had the advantage? Just don't understand where the logic is!

Where is Frankly My Dear, Mackbrown, and Indyboss11? We haven"t heard a word from any of you since your Eagles got beat yet again by FHS ! Whether it's Franklin or Brentwood your team simply can't win a BIG GAME ! ! Good luck against LaVergne and Ravenwood I'm certain your " D-1 talent " will show up big time against these two teams .

Franklin is way down this year. They played one good team and got whipped. When they lose this game they will be forced to have to beat Brentwood to be assured of the playoffs which will not happen. Indy will win and finish 2nd to the Bruins both heading to the playoffs. Franky will be praying for a Wild Card. Get ready to be slapped around Rebels. Heckman district player of the Year

Never would I encourage any player to take a cheap shot at another. I hope Bo goes on to big things at the next level. I was trying to rile up the idiot that made the Tyler remark. With that said I do believe that we have a chance to win. I was at the Page game and quite frankly not impressed with either team. Bo is the offense for Giles. If you stop him Giles is very and I mean VERY mediocre. Sure they have a few descent players around him. But nothing that is amazing. None that will play above D-III. Bo is the real deal but when he gets hit and hit and hit well he just becomes a different QB. We didn't execute at Spring Hill but they were ours for the taking. We will NOT play that bad again.
