We shall see on Friday. Our LB'ers are the best in the district and oh Big Baby Bo is in for a rude awakening. Stop Bo and you stop Giles County. Lot of Giles fans want to believe otherwise but it all comes down to stopping Bo. Should be the Giles County Bocats not Bobcats

We will show up and support our team don't worry. We had a little slip last week but it will NOT happen again. Fairview will be ready to play and Giles will get punched in the mouth and I predict the biggest upset of the year. Fairview 24 Giles 13. There will not be any running the score up on us like you all did other schools. We will force a little classyness on your all's coach.

Actually Winchell is a Giles fan and Statpack I believe is a Lewis County fan. I support Indy and Fairview and have no clue why any Fairview fan would be on here talking trash about Page or anyone else. Take them as they come and we will HANDLE Page in a few weeks right now focus on the beating we are going to give Spring Hill.

I think this game will show just how overrated the Raiders are and how underrated the Jackets are. I just don't think SH is as good as everyone thanks.

Now I am not a fan of either one of these teams. I was there to see a good game and Fairview plays both of these teams in a few weeks but let me say this. I don't know what game some of you were watching. Especially you Pistpatriot. The middle was there all night long. Page averaged over 5 yards a rush in the first half. And someone said Page's TD was a result of 4 missed tackles. Come on now. He was untouched on a sweep. I thought the refs were terrrible on both teams. In the first half Page's 24 dropped a TD, 45 fumbled on the 1, and #1 dropped 2 straight passes one fo which I think he had a seem to the end zone. Both D's made good adjustments at the half. I read these posts all week and thought Page would get killed and all the talk about their o-line being terrible. Look to me like the o-line played very well with the QB having no pressure on him. Gile's o-line played well also. I would not be surprised to see a wildcard come from this district With all that said Giles is very much a 1 man team. Yes they have a few good players around him but they are only good because of Bo Wallace. Without him they would be very average.

If they are so good and so talented then how was little ole Lewis County able to hang with them?

Alright I will bite. I am assuming you are #88? Are you a starter? What is your 40 time, bench, squat, etc.etc. Since you all are going to be so good and all. I saw you all in the spring and you all absolutely looked horrible. No speed + no size= NO CHANCE. This will be the year Fairview beats Page and it could be bad at that. I like coach Daniels and all but you are nuts to think you lose 90+% of the offense and defense and still be good.

Unless I am mistaken the t$$aa didn't get half of the bowl game gates. Therefore i believe they are trying to weed out the bowl games by having more playoff games.

Mack or anyone is there any new news on the coordinating positions

Obvioulsy didn't agree with the hire but the players have to be able to adapt to the scheme. My biggest concern is that in Middle School the players really don't know if a coach lacks knowledge and the ability to coach. In high school the players know when a coach is lost or doesn't know what he is doing especially after having 2 good coaches in Whitefield and Maty. Hughes may be in over his head and that stinks for this group of players. Does anyone have any info on the type of offense that is being ran?

I have always been a believer but yesterday I was a little disappointed. We handled Page upfront offensively but defensive we couldn't seem to get a consistant pass rush. LB'ers played pretty good and the secondary did a good job minus a couple of lapses. As for Offensive we moved the ball very well and the run game looked great. I worry about whether or not our QB can hold up with guys weighing 230 hitting him consistently verses guys weighing 175 hitting him. Over all it is what it is a Spring Game that has lots of room for improvement. I do recant my statements about Dyson and Hammonds. From what I could tell they did a very good job yesterday. The DB's and WR looked pretty good for what they were asked to do. I still don't like that they were forced on Eubanks, but that is not their fault. Did anyone else notice that other than a couple players we didn't seem to have much team speed.

O.k. let me slow down. you are right I was all over the place in the last post. I was in a hurry. Clayton took Dyson as a favor to Campbell. Dyson and Campbell are big buddies. Johnson left because of pressure from Campbell and Campbell getting into his football business much like he is doing to Eubanks. Which allowed him to bring his guy in. Johnson never wanted to leave the Franklin area but felt like he couldn't work with Campbell any longer. He went to Giles and turned that program around in 1 year. As fate would have it BGA opened up and gave him a chance to come back to Franklin (where he still was living). Campbell then brought in Clayton and at that point did leave alone to coach the players. Clayton was asked to hire Dyson as the recievers coach which he did by Campbell. Dyson never showed up he did a terrible job as he did at a couple other places. Clayton informed Campbell that he no longer wanted Dyson on his staff. Campbell gets the Indy job and first thing he does is fire the basketball coach. He justify's this by saying we had to get to the next level. I was making a comparison (which I don't agree with that in his(Campbell) time at Franklin many think Clayton underachieved with some of those teams. Using Campbell's logic to get rid of the b-ball coach shouldn't he have gotten rid of Clayton. Yes Franklin got to the show last year but that is post Campbell hince his logic doen't count. I agree Campbell wants to win. But to undermine the current coach to get your guy in is not right. I do not know if Eubanks has brought guys in to be hired. I would assume so. If Campbell wants to be this involved with the program then he should remain an athletic principle or be a coach. he is making $90 grand to fix problems at Indy. I would not consider football to be one of those problems. If it is why in the heck are we paying for an A.D. and an athletic principle.

Very simple actually. Campbell did not hire Eubanks. Campbell wants his own guy for the job. Clayton was Campbell's guy at Franklin. Clayton took on Sanders as a favor to Clayton. If Campbell fired the Indy B-ball coach for not taking them to the next level in the playoffs than shouldn't he have used the same logic with Clayton at Franklin. Always seems they are loaded and get to the playoffs and never to the big show. (for the record I don't agree with that... Clayton is a heck of a coach but someone's logic should at least be consistent.)

No doesn't seem that way at all. It is exactly what I said it would be 2-3 weeks ago and everyone thought I was wrong. It is a principle bringing in his "boys" "buddies" what ever you want to call it no matter what the head coach says. Dyson has already been proven he can't coach just ask centennial and franklin. Hammond not sure of but what other high school has a "safety coach" and a different "db's coach" then 2 WR coaches. That is absolutely nuts. Maybe the great Campbell should be worrying about problems in our school and let Eubanks do his job. If he wanted to coach then he should be making $90,000 to be a principle. All of you are being fooled by his swooying that you can't see him for what he really is. I really feel for Eubanks having to deal with his administrator putting in his little spies to coach. Imagine having to run a program, deal with some of the nut job parents at Indy, teach, and have to worry about what stories Campbell's buddies are carrying back to him. No win situation. My optimism jus went out the window.

I here we are looking very good so far this spring. May be a tough year for the rest of the district.

I think I remember quite of bit of whining and crying after David Lipscomb beat you all last year. Guess you are the pot calling the kettle black. As for Pist Patriot and the other Page fan you have it exactly right we are hoping it gets cancelled. Last year we have a down year and you beat us. This year Page is down and we will not only beat you all but beat you all badly. To bad we have so many parents living their lives through their children. For the record Giles and Page together couldn't put a team together that would beat Indy.

I would have to say the most arrogant would have to be Giles county. They are the only ones that have 3-4 different topics on these boards. They will be good this year and should enjoy it while it lasts because 2010 they will be down again. Page is just hoping to be competitive in some games this year. Don't believe the 1 or 2 mommies on here calling for a surprising team. Spring Hill will be good and Marshall has a lot of work to do. I apologize statpack for the mess up. I was told by someone that they read that on one of the weightlifing boards. Was not trying to be offensive. Fairview should be good but the other 3 have a lot of rebuilding to do. I was under the impression that the scrimmage with Independence was canceled. I was told that Coach Eubanks wants to only have one scrimmage this spring and that is with Wilson Central. Page can not hang with Indy and shouldn't scrimmage them.

I think Fairview will be very good this year. I am not happy with the coaching hire but they have enough athletes that were coached up by the previous coach that they should be good. I will always support the players as for the Admin not so much. As for Page I have heard that they will be down and way down at that. I think that it is like the first game of the season and everyone start believing that there team really has a shot. I believe it is like that for Page. You can believe all you want but the talent and size is simply not there. You can't lose a Neel, Robbins, Lankford, etc. and expect to compete the next year. I hope they will since I am a big fan of Daniels but they will be rebuilding. It is the same for Lewis County "25 guys benching 300" well I am calling BS. If they are that strong then why aren't they going to the weightlifting competition at Sprng Hill. By way Spring Hill may be the team to watch for other than Giles that is.

I choose to see it this way. I think we beat Siegel. They are an avrage team and will not field a more talented team. Oakland will be a win since they will be down after losing their best 2 RB's and other key players. Brentwood will prbably be a lose. This is the year that Brentwood has been building towards. They have a very talented senior class. MBA I don't even count because the playing field is not fair. Will be good experience for the guys but that is all they will get on that game. I believe 2-2 would be a good start with a chance at 3-1. I believe they beat Centennial this year. I believe they beat Hillsboro this year. I also believe they beat Franklin as they will be down with no QB and a low in talent Ravenwood team(not trying to be offensive but the talent level is down this year). I could see Indy finishing as high as 2nd with a chance to win the region.
