Ok guys lets see how close we get this year on how the conference will play out. Last year I said the Lady Blue Devils would win it and I am not changing my mind this year. So here goes: 1st place Unicoi, 2nd Johnson County, 3rd Elizabethton, 4th Happy Valley, 5th Sullivan East, 6th Sullivan North. Let's here your thoughts.

As at Elizabethton the freshman at Unicoi are making an immediate impact for Coach Grady and the varsity. Good job girls!

Dose any of you know what East has? It seems like we all know each other well but it also seems none of us know much about East? We found out quick what they could do in the conference in basketball I hope it's not the same in softball.

You are right about the Unicoi girls but we also have some sophmores that can really play and will push for starting jobs. Have not seen the girl from Happy Valley pitch but I have heard she is pretty good and you must be talking about the Arnold girl from Mtn City I saw her play in Morristown this fall and she is a solid player.

1.Unicoi-Loaded with talent top to bottom, 2. Elizabethton - Katie's back and still has a lot of talent, 3. Johnson County-Mahala very good pitcher and well coached, 4. Happy Valley-coaching change will payoff, 5. S East- do not know much about, 6. S. North I know Unicoi has serveral young players that can help and maybe even start. How about your teams, any young players to watch?

Thank goodness it's almost that time again and I for one can't wait! So here we go District 1 AA fans who is going to challenge my Blue Devils this year. Here is what I think: Unicoi Elizabethton Johnson County Sullivan East Happy Valley Sullivan North Not really sure what kind of talent Sullivan East has?

I think of seen the Arnold girl play in travel ball in Pigeon Forge a list if it is the daughter of the asst. basketball coach up there, great fielder. I also agree with you on Coaches Smith and Mullins really good coaches who do a good job getting the girls ready to play. I know they always give us fits when we come up there.

Keep working hard ladies and you will bring the prize back to upper East Tennessee. GO LADY BLUE

What kind of team dose Sullivan East have? BaldNbeautiful you seem to know a little bit about Johnson County, I know they were young this year but what about this freshman class coming up?

Who are the new teams in the District next year? I guess it will be like basketball maybe? When I started this forum I really did not remember that if would be different the next few years. Sounds like Happy Valley has some help coming. How about Sullivan North? I know from other commits that Johnson County must have some good talent coming up.

For as Unicoi goes we will just be reloading with serveral good freshman coming up and I hear Happy Valley will be getting a big time pitcher that should help the varsity next year.

Thank you very much !! We never get much credit for that because we do win a lot and most people look past that. I think this is the year to. Starts with Johnson County tonight.
