Quiet ride, isn't it?

Greenback taking that long quiet ride home. UH showed up!!! Greenback parents even tried to start a fight in the stands, que the banjos....

UH actually beat them by 19 tonight. It really wasn't that close considering UH really slowed it down in the 4th. Unaka tried to make up for talent deficiencies with physical play and UH decided to punch back tonight. The #33 kid coming off the bench for UH was the difference maker tonight.

Big hard fought win for UH over Unaka tonight. UH finally showed some toughness and punched a team back in the mouth. On a side note Unaka's guards basically palm and carry the ball on every possession so if your playing them next you may want to put that bird in someone's ear.

UH and Hampton was a great game last night, hard fought on both sides. If UH does not learn how to defend a pick and roll their season will end quick because it looks like teams are starting to figure that out. Way too many bad shots and poor decisions out of the guard play as well. When they slow it down, move it around, and look for an open shot they are much more effective. They are going to have to toughen up in the the paint as well if they want Murfreesboro in their future. Hampton is going to be scary good with all the youth they have. I really enjoyed last night's game and shout out to the Hampton fans, they are always respectful.

I've seen all the teams in this district this year and none of them resemble a state tournament team. No size and very little athletic ability across the board. Single A state title will go through a west or middle tn team easily. UH is the epitome of inmates running the asylum. I've never seen a team piss and moan so much about fouls called or lack thereof. The flexing and clapping in players faces has to stop because 1. It's embarrassing and 2. They've done nothing in the last few years to earn that. When is the last time they made the trip to Murfreesboro without having to buy a ticket? All in all this district is very weak and I don't really see anything coming out of it for the next few years.

Hardaway is the best hands down that I've seen but talent wise I would also put David Woodard from East Robinson right up there. Duece Ford out of Fairley was very talented too.

Yes, they are that weak. Good thing DB didn't start with a Melrose or Whitestation or it might have been worse.

Man I live in East Tn, Johnson City, and it's no comparison. Gibson County, Westview, or Obion Central would kill any team up here. Just ask South Greene and Livinston Academy how good Gibson County is. Maybe in the past East and Central Tn team were better but not anymore.

Who cares?
