I cannot speak of Page, but S.H. does have a good kicker that of late have put them inside the ten, to the goal line on kickoffs. Getting good height and distance on PAT's, S.H. doesn't really believe in FG's. By his PAT's looks like 40-42 yard would be his limit. Punter has been doing a good job as well, avg. somewhere around 40 yd per punt, give or take. The return team does have some speed, but not always discipline to follow blockers. Hope this answers some questions. If I'm incorrect on anything, I'm sure that 66in74 will correct me. that's for you 66.

This game should be a classic high school football game. Biggest game in S.H. in a long time.(not sure for Page) Probably is. Is there any way the powers @ be might put this game on the tele, for the game of the week? If no one can get fired up for this game, well, they have problems. "Go Raiders!!!

I've been to MC one time, few years ago, to see my nephew play them (Dvd Lip) and we sat in the infield of the baseball field. It was a wierd set-up. Has it changed? I guess it worked. I'll bring my 4WD and play with them

Congrats to CHS. Their o-line and d-line dominated the game. Their defense attacked like a pack of wild dogs. SHHS won the turnover battle but could not do anything with them. CHS did. That about sums it up.

Turnovers could make this game close. If S.H. takes care of the ball, I believe they will run all over E.H. As stated above by 66, the qb and rb's could have a big night. This should be fun to watch with the slop they will be playing in.

Want to here what Lewis has or hasn't. What can S.H. expect? I hear they are young this year, just want to know which players to keep an eye on. ANY Lewis Co. fans out there?

That's a convenient answer. Maybe Giles County misinterpreted the call too. Well sometimes if you would just ask, you might get an answer. That's how I know.

The last score by giles was not priceless;........but "classless". Less than 3 minutes to go and giles is up by 14. SH has just turned the ball over on downs at about mid field and is down to 1 time out. giles runs the flea flicker for the their last score. padding stats and points doesn't impress anyone. 1st half 21-21. One of the most exciting first halfs of football i've seen in a long time. I guess when Spring Hill scored late against MP and even ran a fake on the extra point was just part of the game. They were up three scores at the time. Unbelievable!!! That "fake" was a player interpreting the wrong call, and it was the 2nd string in throwing the ball. Just thought you might want to know.

Keep your sunglasses and earplugs handy boys , I predict this game will have plenty of fireworks. Both teams will be around the 30 point mark with neither team winning by more than 10pts. I would be shocked if this game as any resemblence of a defensive struggle.

Ya'll sound like a bunch of little old ladies. My son got beat today 25-0 today, I asked him did you have fun, he said yes, wish we would have done better, but I had fun. So get over it!!!!!!!

The size of school doesn't matter, Alcoa whops Maryville, even the coach for Maryville said they were whopped. What Spring Hill is trying to do is learn to win, expect to win, then go out and WIN. The boys have to have the attitude, we will win. Attitude can carry you along way. As for mTp they will fight for district. I talked to a few of the boys and they are a good group. May all Maury Co. teams have a good YEAR.

Yes they looked very machine like, except for the fumbles. The O-line and D-line could explode off the line a little better but other than that it was an outstanding performance by ALL who played. Very impressed with Amason's kicking ability.
