Watson and Britton would be good choices but what about Bobby Wells from Smyrna. He is their D-Coordinator and I think he deserves mentioning. Smyrna's Defense keeps them in many games and doesn't give up a lot of points. The kids love him and play hard for him. I know Smyrna catches flack for this or that but Bobby Wells will be an outstanding Head Coach. You gotta throw to score, but you gotta run to win.

    Recruiting

Gwave1 First of all I want to say that you all have some of the finest Assistant Coaches around and have done very, very well this year. As for your comment about a junior (I think you said his name was Link) going on a recruiting trip I don't think that is possible. Major violation. You could get someone in hot water if that is true. Good luck to the Green Wave this week. "You've gotta throw to score, But you gotta run to WIN."
  3. I know Coach O'Brian and he is an outstanding coach. He likes to build programs from the ground. Is he still running the no-huddle attack? D2 ball is pretty competitive but Shannon will get the job done. Just give him time.
  4. Hey throw46! If you are who I think you are, good to hear from you and I hope everything is going well for you. Did you know that my brother is at Gallatin with Walls now (O-line)? Good lucl buddy!!!!!!!!
  5. Matt50 what up? I agree with you. Bobby Wells does an outstanding job coaching those kids. The kids will do whatever he asks them to do. The thing I like most about Bobby is that he is not afraid to take chances. Good luck this week verse L-town. Ps Marcus Walls has had a unbeleivable impact on The Gallatin Program. He too is an outstanding Coach and a great person. "Throw to score and run to win."
  6. Lee Jones is a SR. ss/rhp/cf with 4.4 speed and an explosive bat. Bryce Toups is a switch hitting catcher with great skills he made all district and region as a sophmore. Both play for eagleville. The short stop for Cascade is a great player I think his name is Kyle Young. About 6'4 with a great stick.
  7. Hey Farragut players. What do you all think of your new LB Coach, Coach Gordon? I played for him at Willie B. He is very well organized and knows his stuff. If I'm correct No one scored on you until this past week. I talked to coach Gordon and he told me how it ended so that game must have been something. Good luck to Farragut!!!
  8. Rebelsradio- Why does your schedule have two games scheduled for the 13th of Sept? Is this a misprint or did you drop one of those games? Thanks for the info in advance.
