The 4 Warren County seniors( Locke,Frazier,Rhea and Patterson) who stuck it out for 4 years.

Good effort from the Lady Pioneers against Cookeville.Played only six players and ran out of gas in the second half.They had their chances but got out coached and beat at the foul line(they hit we didnt). Keep your heads up girls, we are proud of you.

Congratulations for a win on senior night. Good second half performance by all the seniors to win this game. Locke, Frazier, Rhea, and Patterson will be missed. Good luck against Cookeville in the tournament. Hopefully the coach will try something different to give these girls a chance, if not it will be a long night. Change almost worked in last years game, why dont we surprise Odom again.

Good luck against Tullahoma on senior night. The girls deserve to go out with a win because of all they have been through.Congratulations to the seniors who stayed with it(Frazier, Rhea, Patterson, and Locke). Drew Cookeville in the first round of the district tournament. Odom already has her same game plan ready. Dare we change ours to confuse her or do we do the same things and get beat again.

Oakland won. Sounds like another good coaching job. Starters on the bench the last 3 minutes of the fourth quarter down by 4 pts and lost by 10. 3 freshmen on the floor at the end. Sounded like we tried to lose. Really proved a point. The girls deserve better. Hard for the girls not to give up when the coach does.

Sounds like the girls have finally given up.No desire and no motivation, just going through the motions and waiting on the season to end. Few weeks ago team was playing better, Locke was playing at an all district level and they beat Blackman and Lebanon rather easily. Way they are playing now they will be lucky to beat Oakland again or anybody else left on the schedule. Hopefully the girls can dig down deep and finish strong in spite of all that appears to be wrong with this program. We love you Lady Pioneers! Keep your heads up!

At Warren County, we have a system and make our limited number of players with talent try to fit into it even though it is not suited to their abilities.Warren County is easy to prepare for because we always run the same offense and defense. The Cookeville game was a perfect example. they knew what we were going to do before we did it. We need to adapt our game plan around what these girls can do, not what they cant. Dont give up girls. Sounds like the girls came out flat against Tull. After a close hard fought game with Siegel on Fri, we should have won this game. Proud of the girls for coming back from 20 pts down and getting to overtime but the game still could have been won in regulation and OT if we had hit our free throws. Free throws also killed us against Siegel.Hard to believe Locke had 29 pts and we still lost. Keep trying and dont give up. We can still make something out of this season.

Good obsevation. Locke has finally let loose and playing like we all knew she could. It appears her new found confidence has rubbed off on the whole team.Hopefully the team can compete against the 4 teams ahead of them in the second half of the season. Lack of size and depth will make it hard for the Lady Pioneers on Fri.Locke has really stepped her game up and the rest of the team is playing better. Hopefully with this new found confidence the team can compete on Fri. at Siegel.Go Lady Pioneers!

Warren Co. gaining some confidence with their 3 game win streak.They still need to work on the turnovers.Locke has finally stepped up to show what we all knew she was capable of.She has averaged nearly 24 pts in the 3 game streak.With the Fraziers playing better and Rhea coming back from her injury, the Lady Pioneers could be competitive in the second half of the season.Still a lot of work to be done,but with all these girls have been through any win is a good win.

You are right. Its sad to think what these girls couldve done if they had all stuck together with the proper motivation. The girls will have to dig down deep and do it for themselves because it is hard to improve your defense and rebounding without good fundamentals. Keep trying girls. Good luck at Oakland.
