i'm a pitcher buddy...and it saddens me that i'm pitching the game against farraget/munsford b/c i don't get to pitch against yall, b/c yall sure have gotten cocky but i'm glad that me playing for columbia makes it "SWETTER" for you...and Can of Corn.....at this stage in yoru life..and at this level of baseball..you would think you would have learned that a pitcher doesn't make a strike zone....you have to find the umpires strike zone and adjust. You can blame you gettin tired and coming out in the fifth on theumpire. Cubs fan..whether you beat us or not..you WON'T..i repeat WON'T make it out of the bracket, sorry to burst your bubble, but i'll put anything on that. Good Luck in Memphis everyone!!!

Motlow and C-state both have asked me to sign....but i have a four year full ride scholarship academically to the University of Memphis....so that's tough to give up b/c anythign could happen...so i'm hoping i can possibly walk on at Memphis...probably get red-shirted..but it'd be a great experience. No harm in trying. Hopefully while we ar edown in state they will see me pitch..hopefully i'll do well..and who knows .

boy cubs fan took ya long enough to realize i play for columbia..i mean ..i'm tal king about columbia..it's a columbia vs. hunters lane post..hmmm anyhow..more about this 97 mph change up....is the guy throwing a 112 MPH fastball? i'll be impressed if his fastball hits 87 against us like untame said. Looks like you are just blwoing smoke..or then again maybe you clocked him with one of those really reliable radar balls......or was it at your county fair that he hit 96..sorry imeant 97 Trust me Untame i'd love to pitch against them. But it's more of a challenge to face farraget or munsford, it'll be the true test, not that Oakland wasn't b/c they are always one heck of a team as well. And thanks for what ya said Oakland 2001, you realize it was no easy task to get out of our district and then have to play oakland on top of that

well that's a relief then, a few friends i know played there last year, and supposidly the feild wans't to great...def. not state tourny worthy, but glad to know there are improved

You bet we ddin't get out of district??? obviously we got WAY out of district b/c we are in the state tourny bud. but either way, lets just leave all this talk off here, and save it for the feild....either way we both have to be good teams to have made ti this far...even though neither of us are the powerhouses like farraget, you never know what can happen..good luck to you

Why is AAA playing at horrible feilds like that? from what i have heard they aren't even average feilds to play on.....what about houston, and germantown, and feilds like that ...or bolton.....not at some babe ruth park

Bobby Bratton will be pitching against Hunters Lane. Luther is pitching against either farraget or Musford depending on how the lions do and how the game of farraget and munsford goes

well cubs fan....you might have just bitten off more than you can chew b/c even if Hunters Lane overcomes columbia..they still have to beat Farraget and Musford, and if somehow you beat all three of those teamms...then you'll probably face colliersville...so hate to burst yoru bubble..but your "destiny" will end in the first two days probably. I think Mt. Pleasant will come on top of this game. They are playing great baseball, and no pitching can shut there bats down. They always find a way to win.

what does Hunters Lane's record look like this year? how's there pitching and offense?

Bratton has signed, he's the only one..but Luther, McDonald, and Poling have all recieved some offers.

Blackhammer!!!! well we started off rocky, giving up a run in each the first..second and fourth innings. We were losing 3-0 in the fifth, and ryan lewis started it off with a bloop into left feild, and we went from there, a run scored on a pass ball, then poling was walked....then dustin Mcdonald smashed a ball up themiddle, and with a misplay by the centerfeilder reached third and had 3 BIG RBI'S. Jay howard got the last RBI in the top of the sventh. McDonald pitched the first four, 2 earned runs, and buie shut down coffee co. nont allowing a hit in three innings.

Columbia is having a great year again. Hopefully they'll put there soccer team back into state this year and the baseball might be there too. Hope to see both in memphis.

Columbia will start Mcdonald, with bratton in relief if needed, but are saving bratton for relief on friday.

3-0 columbia on a one hit,no walk, shut out thrown by luther. Any other comments Oakland 2001. Columbia outpitched, outfeilded, and outhit there oponets. I'm not trying to upset anyone...other than Oakland 2001 who so RUDELY put down columbia, calling them a longshot. It is now a district 8AAA rematch. Look foward to seeing you wednesday coffee co.

Oakland 2001...any last remarks b/c you just ate ALL of your words. The pitching...like i said belongs to district 8AAA, both 7AAA schools were shut down. so it is now a district 8AAA show down. Some long shot huh buddy. Get the background before you go shooting down good teams.

Neither Oakland nor Riverdale are any better everyday than Coffee Co and Columbia. They are no longer powerhouses and can be beat any day. In the past, columbia and coffee wouldn't have stood a chance, a few years ago if columbia had the best game fo there lives and riverdale had an average game.....riverdale would have still killed them..but now it's diferent..whoever comes out there and plays will win. The teams are even for the most part. Columbia and Coffee co. have the better of the pitchers..and Riverdale and Oakland have the better hitting
