The way Forrest is swinging the bat right now and Minor on the hill I just don't give McKenzie or any other team much of a chance. Forrest has outscored opponents 77-1 or somewhere close to that in postseason play and Mikie has been....well Mikie. Also Minor and J. Lamb have set a new record for most homeruns in a state tournament and Forrest has set the record for most homeruns for a team in the state tournament. my guess 5-0 Forrest

Forrest High School is in Marshall Co.. It is an old school, real old. It is named after N.B. Forrest. He was born and raised here. We used to be the Rebels a long time ago, but for some reason we switched to the Rockets. About 40 miles south of Nashville, and they do cover us. Just not lately, and we just assumed when we have a pitcher with stats like Mikie's they should put it in the paper. Also they were called by someone at the school and told about the 22 k's Monday night. They had an article on a softball pitcher from Forrest a couple of years ago because of her stats.
