I think it is Monday the 18th not sure where or when though.

I don't know what to think I haven't really heard anything about them.

I agree with runnerboy I think it will take around 15:45 to win aaa and it will probably be Houston that runs it. But, anything can happen I know of a couple of teams that are improving fast. Anyway what ever does win it will be faster than last years 16:01.

We will be by the first time we will race you which will probably be at the UTC invitational.

What makes you think we haven't been training? We are not going to let everyone know how good or bad we are doing. I think the 3 under 16:20 will be myself, Jorome Robison, and Kyle McDowell. Possible Jeffery Garret he has the potential but has been injured.

Where and what time is the race? This isnt the race at Melton Hill Dam is it?

Well I am not going to talk anything yet cause I am really not sure where we are at at this point but we will be much better than last years 5th place at state. We should have atleast 3 under 16:20 and maybe another that fast and one under 16:45.

Yeah your right it will be close it could go either way but since I go to Bradley I will say Bradley will win it this year.

Who do you think will win your region this year- team and individual titles?

WPW- That is awesome- Congrats Tray, Michael, Micheal, and JOSH!!!!!! What were the leg splits Coach? I heard JH ran a 1:54!!!! That is VERY impressive!

I think like 23 teams were there! ALOT of georgia teams- I think the only ones from Tennessee were Oak Ridge, Bradley Central, and maybe Brainard?? Alot of teams from Atlanta area! There was a girl that won the 100m in 11.9- yes that is right- she was "smokin"- also Shelly Taylor from Northwest won the 3200m in 11:20- she is just a freshman- what an awesome performnace! She also came in 2nd in the 1600m in 5:15- First place in the girls mile was 5:13 from a girl from Etowah- (I am assuming Etowah, Georgia) because I know it wasn't Etowah Tennessee! Also- same girl from Etowah won the 800m with a time of 2:20! The boys 800m winner was a 1:57! The Boys Pole Vault winner was attempting 14'1" but I never heard whether they cleared it or not! The boys 400m winner came in 47 something secs. The girls high jump winner cleared 5'6" and thats about all I can remember! It was a good meet- just VERY VERY COLD- and Windy!

Sorry we had to cancel and couldn't make the game- how about an update? What was the score? How did B-Sco do? Heidi? and was TB there? Were there many scouts? Fill me in and don't leave out details! Thanx-

Coach Larry Cotton is the Head Coach of "Cleveland Express Track Club" which is a summer aau program- It starts as young as primary(8 and under) and goes thru age 18! It usually begins in the first week or so of June!

I believe Jeff Taylor is a Senior.

Is Bradley going to tackle the more difficult and ambitious AF Bridges this weekend? (It sure will screw up an undefeated record in a hurry...) Yes they sure are! C- Ya there!

Yes the Bradley boys are not doing to bad thereselves this season they are 7-1 losing only to Chattanooga Christian by 5. Bradley boys also placed 2nd in the KY invitational but was not alot of good teams in the race and was a really hilly 5k. Bradley runs again tomorrow Sept. 25 at Riverpark in Chattanooga. Will let you know how they do.

Calm down, it was a joke-as was the original post (definitely hard to believe I must admit) Never- was anything directed towards the BA Coach-I am sure he is amazing. I only meant with that kind of "natural talent" if it were true- could go even farther with some "olympic style" training! 4:02 is on down there- right? and a freshman? OK- now I am mad at myself for wasting my time on this explanation that is clearly not necessary!
