I went to school with JP2 students at Ryan, and I liked many of them. Sadly, it is people such as yourself who give JP2 a bad name among the Ryan community. Who exactly is judging Ryan's sportsmanship. If you are the judge, I have an inclination that you may be biased. In addition, Ryan is doing an outstanding job academically. I am going to a very academically challenging college, and I find it to be easy after an education at Father Ryan. Lastly, JP2 domintating the Irish in character may be your most perverse and absurd statement. Learn how to use an edit button. You took it upon yourself to judge about 900 student's character. A very serious undertaking. In the future, I recommend a simple post telling everyone to congratulate JP2 for defeating a tough Ryan team. Ryan will see JP2 at state. -Proud Graduate of FRHS P.S. Okay, here is the scenario. You're driving along in your pickup truck, and a washing machine falls out of the back and messes up three guys driving Harley's. Every single one of them has a tattoo, one says "I love Momma". Two of them are missing teeth, the other one is chewing a wad of tobacco. Every single one of them is over 300 pounds. You pull over and are confronted. Which coach is riding shotgun? And how will they deal with the situation? My vote goes to Jeff Lester, Tullahoma. I spray WD-40 on his head, and he goes in for a low-level( he doesn't have to squat much) and bites their kneecaps off. We escape cleanly as they cannot grab his head because of the WD-40.

First let me start off by saying I think Josh Baucke is a very good TECHNICAL wrestler, but I seriously doubt his ability to win state this year, or any year unless he learns how to cut weight. He will be absolutely destroyed at 130, because the kids are too strong.

BOBJONES1983- No way Simpson would have ever let Geismar be a four timer. His senior year he would have chased him down if he had too. And do not tell me Geismar would have beaten him because Simpson spanked him at the McCallie Invitational that year.

Andrew Smith cut a lot of weight last year in order to make 130. He didn't recieve anything personally from it other then running into Raymond Dunning. I believe part of the deal he made with Gordon (and his teamates) was to be able to choose which weight he would go the next year.

Who all is expected to be at this tournament, and what level of competition do you expect?

Believe it or not, the best soccer team in the state is Father Ryan's. Their best player is Megan Armstrong. She is soooooooo good.

simpson never showed me anything better than what these guys did....and by the way, the subject was five wrestlers not just one so if you cant think of five then dont post just one I have a question. Does the fact that Simpson placed 3rd at the NCAA's show you anything? P.S. And as a true sophmore?

Are you sure, because that is the same weekend as the Senior Nationals. Having those two events on the same weekend doesn't make any sense from my point of view!!! I think it would be a shame to put a team out there that was anything less than the best. If the Challenge Cup isn't going to have our states best seniors, it could change who is selected. P.S. Legman or XWRISTSD can you confirm this date, please. :confused: :confused:

Any info on the date of the 2003 Challenge Cup.

The final score recorded in Dunning's match was 4-2. The score was actually 4-3. There was a point awarded at the end of the match. There were many points awarded by the refs at the end of matches this weekend that somehow were not recorded in the final score. All in all a good weekend of wrestling with lots of good matches. If you wern't there, you missed it.
