CHSBballfan, in all due respect, you are incorrect. The Lady Wildcats have dominated play in this area year in and year out. The players work hard, have talent and heart and Coach Prudden and staff are top notch. Why trash talk them and say their good fortune will run out soon? Support them and their quest for a state championship and keep wishing your Lady Dragons had the credibility of Oak Ridge.

Jill Prudden of Oak Ridge gets my vote hands down. She surrounds herself with wonderful assistants and has one of the top programs not only in the state, but nationally. She knows the game and is a joy to watch.

Yes, you heard correct, AC did drop OR from their schedule and next year Oak Ridge will start off the season with Clinton then play week three (which is usually Clinton) with Kingsport DB.

Orangenblack- Coach Kerr has decided not to play Oak Ridge anymore and next year Oak Ridge will open the season against Clinton. They will replace the third game that is usually Clinton with Kingsport DB.

I was at that game and the performance that I saw from Clinton was not region worthy. They may have won the district and had a great season, but that's where it ends. They didn't play to the level that was needed and they got beat. The farther you go, the harder you have to play and they didn't meet up to the expectations. Plain and simple. Maybe this year will be different, but I wasn't impressed by the Dragons last year.

Let's all reflect back to last year when all we heard from Clinton, TN was how good they were gonna be and how they were going to state. Well, they beat OR 3 times and they won the district title(which interestingly enough was held at Clinton High School), but it gets better...i was more impressed at their talent and skills when they were put out of the first round of regions!

NashvilleEye, you are referring to Oak Ridge star #50, Kevin Kauchak. He is a senior and he is the real deal, watch for him to make people miserable this year.

OAK RIDGE- year after year they continue the tradition. Anyone who has played there or seen a game from there knows it's a tough place to play. They get my vote hands down.

Catwatch, you seem to know your OR information, but I strongly disagree with you on your last post. I do not think that AC has a chance to beat OR this year and I strongly doubt they will go 4-6. This years team will be a lot better then you think, I can promise you that. The players have a lot of heart this year and really have some good talent coming out. I think they have a good chance at winning the region again and going deep into playoffs. Just because you don't like Bruce Lussier doesn't mean that the team will suffer a let down season again. Give the boys a chance, they just might surprise you.
