5A- I'm sayin Jeff Co. They have tons of talent and people don't expect them to even beat DB. I think they'll see the tribe twice this season just like last season.

Transplant is right, MorrWestFan i hope your not a player on the team. You've showed no class at all. Don't be mad because West got beat. learn from it, keep your mouth shut and then strive to get better. The last thing any Trojan players need is someone to talk smack for them or tell the how good and unstopable they are. you talk about not having speed, how did a QB get a 50 yard scramble on the D then. oh yeah #4 is a player, just try to tackle him. I love Mo West as much as anyone but they have a LOT of work to do before his fall.

Please don't refer to Morristown East as just Morristown. They don't deserve the right to be called Morristown. Remember, there is a certain team from the West side as well, and most people recognize them before the hurricanes. Anyways just don't leave the east or west off.

Barber plays for Cleveland. I've also heard that he's a great player. how big is he and what kinda speed does he have? He might have a hard time gettin 200 against the Mo-West D. The front 7 are all starters from last year and will bring the pain.

Ridgeway is playin 4A? wow. thanks for the info. do you know if that tailback from last year was a junior or senior?

it will not be at west or soddy. it's gonna be at cookville on the turf.

I also believe Jpats is fbwiz, but all of that doesn't really matter. i think Jpats is a mad jeff county fan who hates Morristown West so much he gets on here and talks trash to Cleveland and Maryville. Maybe he's trying to "fire them up", who knows. i just can't stand this guy and from the looks of it noone else can either. Jpats, if the Trojans wanted you to talk trash and look stupid, they'd tell ya.

Where are the region 2 games bein played at tonight? might just go watch some of these.

I know that Jarred Walker will be the right tackle, but i'm not 100% sure about center or left tackle. John Minnich will be our QB this year. He should be very good as long as he keeps improving through summer workouts and fall practice. At wide reciever, Tyler Moore(#4) will return, and Matt Jones (17)will return as TE. The other wide reciever slot will be fought over, their are a few capable guys. But we usually have a rotation of 4 WRs and 2 TE's. If the defense works hard, stays together and doesn't get cocky or anything they should be good.

man, 72 (carson) isn't a bad player. he's actually really good, did you see his performence throughout the year? outstanding. anyways, the guys you want him to workout with 47 and 48 graduated in 2002. they were our linebackers. 48 this year was a sophomore and 47 was the 3rd team fullback. so i'm pretty sure you meant the linebackers from 2002. Brandon Fanny from Morristown West

jpats5, Jeff will definately have a load of weapons, and of course coach meadows has the dreaded 1st year over with. i think his offense will be outstanding. i forgot Tyler Brown was a junior this year. Brown will be the go to guy in the air. As for Mo-west vs Jeff, i don't like predicting scores or outcomes. Morristown West should have a very good Defense this year. Everyone always talks of how Mo-West will have to "rebuild" on offense. Well i don't believe that, West always has players stepping up, Coach Woods would accept no less. But as for the score, we'll just have to wait till after the game to discuss that. haha. oh yeah jpats, are you a former player or a brother of a Jeff player, you seem to know a lot about them.

yeah jeff county will be very good this year. Jennings and Houston will be hard to stop. who will be replacing Jakeem Taylor at FB? Has anyone else heard about the possible New Jersey transfer at QB? and who's gonna be stepping up at reciever for Parker this year?

Well no matter what Parker will be on the field somewhere he's a really good athelete who can't be wasted. what's the stats for this NJ guy? When's he comin?

Morristown West- James "little man" Stewart

The trend I see happening is everyone talking about teams from the past. "Morristown West hasn't been to a state championship game", Well this Cleveland team hasn't either. Do you plan on bringing back your teams from the past? Don't talk about the past. Most people are talkin about the things to come, unless your stuck on the "glory days" or somethin. Anyways don't bring up well we use to be or anything. Maryville is the only team that can talk trash in 4A. The rest of us have to prove somethin.

Jeff County will suprize a lot of people this year.

Why doesn't everyone just stick to talking about their own region. I don't think people have the right to talk about a team until they beat that team THEMSELVES. You can't possibly know what will happen in a certian game; the ball bounces wierd sometimes. Any team has the chance to beat any other team. Don't try to say West is weak until you beat them. It seems that none of you are from Maryville, so i see nothing that gives you the right to talk smack. Crybabies.

Mo-West and Ridgeway will Not play next year. I'm pretty sure distance had a little something to do with that. Anyways- West will play Swain Count NC which is Brison City, NC. That little place where Heath Shuler played.
