I heard Brandon Warren was going to Tennesse Tech University

Congratulations to Gaston Miller and his collegiate teammate Adam Smotherman. Both are "Great Character" guys. Regardless of what others are saying. When it boils down there must have something in the stat line that made the voters sway one way or the other. And i am sure everybody wants their hometown hero to win. But like the championship everyone can't. And can you say Miller is deserving, then turn around and say the award is a joke now. Sounds a little bit contradictory. Why cheapen someone's accomplishment that way. As for spreading the trophy around. If the TSSAA were gonna pick a specific region to spread the tropy around there would be no need for a voting prcess, Would there. And as for East Tennessee only having 1 D-1 Committal, I don't think the Mr. Football award is directly responsible for that. And if so we both need to go to the supreme court and find out why college programs nationwade have this conspiracy against East Tennessee football. And in closing, once again Congrats.

Why would you wish injuries on anybody. You want respect for your team, but you want to win by taking key players out of the game. Kind of contradictory, dont you think?

I hate to burst anyone's bubble, but there aren't many teams out there with longevity that have players strictly from their zone . You could probably count them on one hand. Especiall teams that are nationally ranked every year. There are many reasons for it . Some kids are persuaded to come to certain schools . Some bring themselves for a chance of winning a ship, or strive to play at the next level and need the national exposure. And sometimes it's pure luck that the diamond from georgia or texas' Dad had to relocate because of his company moving. Bottom line no matter who you are, If you are good, kids are going to want to play for you. Some will bend over backwards to do it. So nine times out of ten any in-state or out-of-state powerhouse has a few defecters

Franklin- too athletic Riverdale- must I say why Blackman- big loss, many mistakes, but they will be fixed Gallatin- contender, Lebanon (pretender) Brentwood- legitimate top ten team, Smyrna (too much hype) Wilson Central- not even close Springfield- athletes and more than one win Lavergne- close shocking victory Maryville- nail biter Tullahoma- saw them in the preseason, few athletes, whole lotta heart

Will the Ravenwood - BA game be on T.V. I believe it will be a thriller

Not trying to rag on anyone but I think Oakland has a little bit to prove before they can be in anyone's top 10. I agree with Mr. Rock Ravenwood should be swapped out with the patriots considering they are picked to win their region wich includes Brentwood and Franklin. At least for the time being.

Oakland Riverdale Smyrna Wilson Central Ooltewah Brentwood Lincoln County

I think it is going to be just as heated. Talking to some Smyrna sophomores the other day, I was told that their coach has been telling them that they have an answer for everything riverdale could do. And he's also instilling that there is no way that smyrna shouldn't win the region this year. And they are believe his every word the way faithful followers should. So they will come in with the same spunk as last year if not more.

If anyone could've done it why did'nt those type stats get posted the previous 2 seasons that Gaston wasn't the starter. The O-line in my opinion was 2- 3 times better with the likes of Kenyon Buford and Cortez Lawrence. True, there were other weapons on the team. But that also cut out of Gaston's carries. While he ranked at the top of the list in tennessee for yards, he loomed towards the middle of the list in carries. Through the majority of the season he averaged 9 carries a game. Edward Sawyer is an excellent back but I have talked to him and he has expressed interest in playing defense at the college level.

I've seen the videos and I can't really say that i'm too impressed. If that's what they call superior Ohio ball they might wanna look up the definition of superior.
