Bubba Herbold started off the scoring for the Spartans in the first inning with a solo homerun. Nate Hall started pitching for Webb and pitched four good innings, allowing no runs. I don't know how many he struck out, but there were a few. Patrick Kimmons relieved Hall in the fifth inning and pitched three good innings too. However, some timely hits and the umpire tighting up his strike zone allowed Alcoa to score 3 runs in the top of the 7th to tie it up. Nate Hall led off for Webb (With the score being 3-3) in the bottom of the 7th and hit a BOMB to end the game.. For those of you who have been to Webb, the ball went over the trees in left field.
Benny Fuller pitched all 7 innings for Alcoa. He did a good job of hitting his spots and throwing strikes.
