Maplewood, does have some good players. They have heart, speed, and talent. Some of their best players were even linemen. Their QB is amazing. I think his name was Courtney Grimes?? He was awesome. Let's not be surprised if Maplewood upsets someone.

So from what I understand, the top 2 teams in each group (A& will make the playoffs from this region?? If this is so, who will make the playoffs from each group?? What about Whites Creek, do they still have a chance? And Rossview are they still a threat to Northwest? Does Northeast have any hopes of making it?

MJ has some talented juniors in B.B. Bruce, Adam Zoccola, Wes Osborne, Levi Brown. Also on the line are juniors Michael Jasper (the 360 pound kicker from last year) and Nick O'Rick: two very talented blockers.

White House has 3 very capabe teams left in the season: Whites Creek, Northwest, and Pearl Cohn. Can they hang on and finish undfeated in the season, or will they slip, and end up right in the middle of the rest of the teams in the region?

I only went to the MJ game this week, so I don't know how anyone played this week, but I have noticed one thing, 2 of the top teams in this region lost. NW and Stratford. Stratford, most noticably to a 1-5 team, now 2-5. Here is how the region stands at this point. 1. White House (4-0) 2. Stratford, Pearl Cohn, Mount Juliet (3-1) 3. I dont want to make this a religious battle on here, and I know you are being sarcastic. But the Bible clearly states that no one execpt the Father knows the exact day and time. So to say that region4fan knows this, is basically calling him God. Also known as blasphemy. I know it was a joke, but some people may not take it that way. Please don't take this as an attack.

Actually no, they haven't beaten anyone with a winning record. But they have won and thats all that matters. I think they are capable of beating teams with winning records. But as I look at it, and no offense to NW, but the only team they have beaten with a winning record is Rossview with 4-2 record. And Rossview has only beaten one team with a winning record also, thats Sycamore, and they are 3A, no offense to Sycamore. So going by records, this could end up being a pretty solid game for both teams in MJ and NW. Good luck to both of them.

Speaking of NW, how does everyone think the Bears will fare against them? Good bad indifferent?? Any thoughts?

Yeah MJ played pretty good tonight. Congrats to Humes on his 1000 yard season. He looked good and so did the rest of the offense. Im telling ya, Levi Brown (the quarteback) sure can fire that football. The Bears defense also looked pretty decent intercepting plenty of passes and returning one for touchdaown by #34 Adam Zoccola.

MT. JULIET WILL BE PLAYING TONIGHT, THAT IS, THURSDAY OCTOBER 9, AT MT. JULIET AGAINST MAPLEWOOD. THAT IS THE VARSITY TEAM PLAYING NOT THE FRESHMEN. TONIGHT AT 7:30 IF ANYONE WANTS TO COME SEE THE GAME.

If anyone is interested, Mt. Juliet plays TONIGHT, THAT IS THURSDAY NIGHT OCTOBER 9, at 7:30 at MT. JULIET. If anyone wants to see the Bears in action come out Thursday night at 7:30 at Mt. Juliet. Once again, October 9, not 10. That is today Thursday.

Actually, Pearl Cohn beat Mt. Juliet before losing 3 in a row.

With Mount Juliet having one loss in the region, how do they fare for the rest of the year while facing the likes of Maplewood, Stratford, Northwest, and Northeast? Will they make the playoffs, or will they come up short? Any predictions??
