I saw the girls record here on coacht and looked at the roster. I had a lot of these girls in class. They are great girls. I am proud to see them doing so well. Good job lady vikings and good luck against Waynesboro tonight!

I agree, Dray is a heck of an athlete and a great kid. This kid has the stats, makes the grades and has a great personality.

I moved out of the area about three years ago but keep up with the old region teams here on CoachT. I was just wondering, where did Marco end up going? Sounds like he is doing well. Good Luck to him in the future!

I agree with you. This group coming up has always been successful. In two years they should have the best team they have ever had, IF (and that's a big if) they stay together and not start focusing on one sport! Good Luck this week Vikings!!!

I just read Coach Bradley's post about Billy. Billy was a great kid. It breaks my heart to hear this. I remeber having him in Middle school. I watched him grow from a shy and timid player to a great DB. My prayers go out to his family. I was just wondering what happened to him? If anyone could let me know, email me at retsalt@yahoo.com. The Jr. Pro program did start one or two years before the middle school and high school programs. Coach Calvin Aldridge was at PC for 2 seasons before returning to his home state of Mississippi. He went to South Haven High School and was there for 5 0r 6 years and then moved to Georgia. As of last season, he was still in Georgia. I haven't heard if he was still there this year or not.

Hedgepath and big Vinny were both great players and I enjoyed coaching both of them!

They started the program back in 1997. They had spring training in 1997 and the first fall season was later that year under head coach Calvin Aldridge.

Good Luck This year Vikings!

I was just wondering how practices were going for the vikings while they are getting ready for this Friday. I hope that the intensity and motivation is up, and they are ready to play! Good Luck Guys! Did the middle school ever get a new head coach?

Who is being slotted into key positions? QB, running backs, receivers, etc. What type of offense and defenses are they working on? Just wondering.

I hear that PC is looking for a new middle school head coach. What happened to Coach Hamilton, and how is the search going?

Alabama is treating me well, I am back with my family and enjoying it. We did enjoy our time in PC and miss everyone up there, but I am very happy here. We finished this year at 7-3. Is Riverside Christian new? I have been gone from the area for a couple of years, but I do not remember them.

From the looks of PC's roster, they are very young this year. Only one Sr. and few Jrs. How is Mercer doing?

By the time these kids get to be Jr's and Sr's, they will be pretty good if all of them play. If they stick together and not just focus on one sport, they could possibly be seen in the playoffs in all three sports. These are some of the best athletes that I ever coached.
