I think you all down in Cleveland really should'nt be thinking how Maryville wont be able to stop Cleveland's Offense. Instead they should be thinking how Cleveland is going to stop Maryville's high power offense. All season they have been consitantly dominant, helping their defense but having the ball alot, even though their defense doesnt need much help. You say all this stuff about Barber, well all that has to be said is Stewart. Have a great Friday nite.

Maryville's will stop Clevleland's high power offense with their high power defense. Maryville has faced backs has good or better than Barber. Milligan (twice), the Morristown West backs, Lively, Jackson, and they scrimmaged DB who has a good back. So I believe they can handle him. And go ahead and ramble on about how Cleveland has more that one threat, Morristown has two good backs, so does Central. Maryville's defensive execution will be too much for Cleveland. Central's defense could'nt stop the pass if their life depended on it. Maryville's defense is much more balanced and overall better than Central's defense. I dont believe Cleveland will have the same success against Maryville's defense. Maryville 38 - Cleveland 24 ( 14-17 coming in the 4th )

Maryville has played in a tougher region than Cleveland has, they have played Morristown West (9-1). Region 4-4a is and always have been weaker than region 3-4a. Maryville's wins have been on higher caliber teams than Cleveland's have simply put. I do think this one will be closer than the usual Maryville match-ups. Cleveland has a good offense and can score late and quick when Maryville gets their comfortable lead. This one gets close at the end. So for my first prediction all year.. Maryville 38 - Cleveland 24

Ive been looking for the stats on both these QBs you talk about but I cant find them, can someone please get me the stats on the year for Byrd and Healy.

Personaly I dont blame Carl for choosing Auburn or any other SEC school over Tennessee. Tennessee has 3 backs right now for one thing, and above all else they treat local kids like crap. If I was a player from Tennessee at any position except for maybe a kicker or punter, I would not choose Tennessee as my school. There is just too many other quality schools close to Tennessee who will actually appreciate you and give you a chance. Just my two cents..

Any comments on this one? Maybe the Red Devil's lack of offense will not hurt them as bad this game like it did against Central. Halls lost last time they played at West, should be a good one..

I do believe that in a 3 way tie that the overall record is used to break the tie in some situations. Happened last year when Halls beat Powell, Central beat Halls, abd Powell beat Central and all three ended up at 5-2 in the region all three losing to Maryville. Powell had the best overall record, playing weak non-region teams, so they got 2nd, Central 3rd and Halls 4th. So overall record can determain final region standings.

Looks to be another great Halls - Central battle at Central this year. Any comments on this one?
