Bluemom, Heard yalls qb wasn't playing. Any truth to that?

Once you break the three way tie you go back to head to head. It is always the first tie-breaker. So if and I mean if Ensworth is out because of least number of wins then BA would be 2nd and MBA 3rd based on head to head. From TSSAA handbook For the purpose of district/region standings, the following tie-breaking procedures shall be applied and all regular season games, both district/region and non-district/non-region, shall count. If at any point when the following tiebreaking procedures are applied, one team has beaten all the other teams that are tied for a play-off position, that team shall be rated above the others. After any position in the district/region standings has been determined, the tie-breaker procedure shall begin all over again to determine the next position. This procedure shall be repeated to determine all places in the district/region.

I think you would put Ensworth 4th as they would have 7 wins as opposed to 8 for MBA and BA. Then you go back to head to head and BA would finish 2nd and MBA 3rd. Just my guess.

Ok, here is my take on the seedings assuming Baylor, MBA, BA, and Ensworth win this Friday. 1. Ensworth 6-1 2. Baylor 6-1 3. BA 5-2 4. MBA 5-2 5. BGA 2-5 6. Ryan 2-5 7. McCallie 2-5 Ensworth one by head to head over Baylor. BA three by head to head over MBA. BGA five because of most wins over Ryan and McCallie. They would have 5 wins to Ryans 4 and McCallie 3. Ryan sixth by head to head over McCallie. If Ryan wins and BGA and McCallie lose then Ryan would be 5th, McCallie 6th and BGA 7th based on head to head. Baylor would still be 2nd based on head to head over BA and MBA. Same for BA 3rd and MBA 4th. Corrections welcomed.

Not trying to take anything away from the Signal guys just wanted to point out who the tds were against. The other poster made it sound like it was the varsity that scored and that was not right. Unless I am wrong and I might be without looking at the tape, the Baylor guys on the jv team were all 8 and 9th graders out there. If there were any 10 graders out there it was one or two.

The last 3 tds were against the Baylor 8 and 9 graders. So the varsity side was 4-2 Baylor. If we are going to tell the story lets tell it right.

"CBHS, MUS, BA, MBA If so, would be good rivalry games in first games of the semi finals with CBHS playing MUS and BA playing MBA." I don't think they would play each other since they are from the same region. I am pretty sure if these 4 make it it would be CBHS vs. BA and MUS vs. MBA.

PJP and SBA games were postponed till Sat. and they got 3 innings in before being rain cancelled. Score of 1st game was 0-0. Games are supposed to be resumed on Mon. Any scores from Monday?

Heard that CBHS won the second game 19-5 but haven't seen it anywhere yet. CBHS goes to Ensworth. BGA beat Baylor today 12-0. So BGA goes to BA next week.

There is no tournament per say as you expect. It is all three game series just like the regular season. They will play the #3 team team out of the Mid/East region on the road. Right now that would be Ensworth since the rainouts in Mid tn have not been made up.

I think you have one thing wrong. I think Ryan won the last game with Ensworth if I saw the score right on the Tennessean. You might check that one just to see.
