The Rebels lost a lot of support when the idiot School Board didn't renew Superintendent Jim Ward's contract. Take a look at the improvements made to the football stadium. One of the school board members that voted against Ward was also against the stadium improvements. But when she saw how good it looked, she flipped-flopped and was all in favor of it. The McKenzie High sport fans won't find a better supporter of sports than Mr. Ward. If he had ignored the law and allowed prayer at the football games, he would still have his job.

Here's my thoughts from an old time McKenzie fan 1. You got some bads call tonight but they didn't change the outcome of the game. S. Pittsburgh was 4 TD's better. 2. To contend for the gold ball, Coach Comer needs to schedule 2A teams like Milan and Westview. 10 or 20 years ago, who would have dreamed that McKenzie would play for the state championship! GO REBELS!!!!!

McKenzie and Milan scrimmaged last night (Mar 4) in Milan. The gate went to the family support group for the National Guard unit from Milan and McKenzie that is serving in Iraq. I understand it was more like a game than a scrimmage. Milan won big but that doesn't matter. Anybody know any details?

Personally, I prefer chittlins at the "Y". Bring back the gold football to West Tennessee!!!
