Has anybody seen Camp Co. yet/ I know they were up at Carson Newman. Does anyone Know how they look?

I don't know where you get your information from, but my name is not coach k. So as far as telling me what to do about a team I don't coach sorry can't help you. Since you have touched on the subject you really think he holds that program back, doubt that.

Jasmine Wright has transfered from Carter to Fulton. Strange move, especially when she had a chance to transfer to Powell, and play with Ogan and Hollifield, and a good assistant coach who will get the job at the end of this year or next if he wants it.

I hope your right, if this is the case, Erin will have to step up even more. I have been to some of their Practices, and Hollifield is still trying to adjust. If Renea isn't lost, Hollifield is in a good situation as a freshman, because she gets time to adjust and doesn't have to carry a big load, as for Rhyne, that is another story!!

Powell's best post player didn't play, and could be lost for the season if she has to have surgery on her knee. This would really affect their season big time in my opinion. Ashley Huff is by far the best player on that team and really had a good game.

Powell defeated White Co, and Jeff Co. Ogan looks good, but her defense is still soft, especially in the post.

How will AE be this year, and what do they have coming back this year? I thought they lost a couple of key players.

Just a side note, the Fall league at Karns Just ended, and Powell won the tournament. They beat O.Ridge Twice. I know it is just fall league, just thought some would like to know. Nobody in the state beats Shelbyville this year. I do hope Powell has a chance to get there though.

I know for a fact that if he was listed as an assistant coach for Carter last year he can not coach any girl from that team until the school year is over. I know that for a fact, and if he is and gets turned in the program could be in trouble.

You are correct 3-AAA and 4-AAA are very very tough, they have to be 2 of the toughest in the state hands down.

When is the all star game that is held at Powell, that is done by tri star?

Does anyone know of any good out of town tournaments that are not filled yet. Powell would like to get out and get some of their girls seen, and UI told the coach I would ask around, any help would be appreciated.

Talk to him last night, and he said that he would call today. If for some reason he doesn't. I call 938-2171, and when the recording comes on the ext to the front office is 100, tell them you would like to speak with him, and they should connect you. He should call though, said he didn't have many dates to play with.

Thay have almost everyone returning from a team that took O.R. to the wire 3 times. They will have 4 girls standing 5-11 or taller, if you are interested.

Can anyone tell me about him. I see where Ky and Fla are interested. Must be pretty good. Is he really a 6'7 guard?
