I keep hearing he is going back to Wayne Co. I hope not because he has tried really hard to get Perry Co. over in this region.He also has quite a few players coming back next year and he is finally going to be able to run the veer with the two QB'S he's got coming back.This team has got quite a bit of speed coming back.

Region 6-A: Collinwood Wayne Co. Perry Co. Mt.Pleasant Columbia Academy Zion Christian Huntland Moore Co. Cornersville It's glad to see Perry Co. over in this region.I think it will be tougher for them, but then again they don't have to face the privates out of Jackson anymore.This is good for there program, But it will be tough.

I have no idea on both questions.Just that it will be built sometime.

How do they run it in Georgia? I thought the state of Georgia was a big wing-T state?If the state of Georgia runs it better than the coaches in the state of Tennessee I want to know.I know that the coaches in the state would like to know if they can run something better.I'm not a coach but I know coaches who would love to become more knowledgeable about this offense! To answer how good Perry Co. did this year,They ended up 5-6 with a first round playoff loss to West Carroll.Was 5-2 at one time then injuries started to set in.Lost 2 players to acl and 2 players to shoulder injuries.Was one of the surprise teams in the state for awhile.Just could not match-up with the quality of teams they we're playing at the end of the year. Go for the Hickman Co. job. You never know until you try!

Use to be a powerhouse years ago.Was really good when Coach Mo Wright was the coach.Classification has really hurt them.They have also had alot of internal problems, lack of leadership,Parents have been a huge problem with all athletic teams.They seem to run good coaches off.Not your idea situation.They are building a new school in the county and will pretty much get all the athletes.That is where most of them come anyway,The East Hickman area.Also not alot of money and the field is the worst in the state.

Coach Crews and the Wayne County Wildcats run the split back veer.They have been running it for 12 years with great success.Ran it when Coach Rice was at Wayne Co. who is now at Perry Co. One of the few teams ( 2 or 3) who actually run it throughout the state. Great offense if you've got the stud at QB.

Hands down the best is Evan Jones of the Lake County Banner.Has won numerous awards in sports reporting.

Yeah what a game.The running back in that game was Jerrod Baugus.He was runner-up for Mr. Football that year.He had a good game that night but not good enough.Final score Loretto 38 Wayne Co. 27.Yall scored 20 unanswered points in the 4th quarter.

Trousdale Co. would wax Boyd Buchanan.Too much tradition and tradition would play a big part if these two teams met.Enough said!

Hey football man did you play in the Loretto vs Wayne Co. classic in 1990? What a game! What an offensive line! The Cotton boy was awesome that night! One of the better high school football games I have ever seen!

Sticking Wayne Co. and Collinwood over in the West region is crazy.You talking about a drive.You can't anywhere from Collinwood! Collinwood would be better off in Alabama.As for Perry Co. it doesn't matter where they are put region 5 or 6. They just need to get back across the river.That has never made any sense to me but then again does the TSSAA?

Hey Football Man you and I are on the same page.Coach Toner is one of the best high school football coaches to grace the sidelines.He is a legend in Alabama and Tennessee.So Coach Jacobs learned from the best.Man that Coach Toner could coach! Coach Jacobs is a good man and coach!

I hope it's a rumor.I think he is a class guy and class act.I don't think there is to many people who would go to Loretto and coach.The pay is horrible so you better be glad you have got a guy like him.Sounds to me you need better players and a better work ethic.The coach can only do so much.Ask Joe Paterno!

Did Mark Tipton the former coach at Cleveland quit and get into private business? Your talking about a class guy and a good football coach.Would bring alot of morals and discipline to the program.A logical choice if he decided to get back in it.

Coach Barger from Lake Co. or Coach Rice from Perry Co. Coach Rice use to be the Head Coach at Lake Co. Has said if he got a chance to go back close to home he would.He really loved the people in Lake Co. and would like to get back over in that area.Rice beat Union City his first year as coach there.That's when Randy Barnes was coach at Union City.Coach Barger has done a tremendous job at Lake Co. They better try and keep him. A good situation for the simple fact that they are moving to Single A, but I hear they have alot of problems in their school system.

Perry Co. is moving to either region 5 or 6.TSSAA has promised them they would move them so they can be in with there baseball and BASKETBALL rivals.P.C. makes no money in this region.Why they we're stuck over there when the program started back up in 1997 is beyond me.Just TSSAA I guess.This is going to be a pretty interesting two regions when it comes playoff time.Perry Co. better step it up because these two regions will beat you up physically on Friday nights.

From talking to one of the coaches in middle tn. region 6-a is set up like this: Collinwood Wayne Co. PerryCo. Mt.Pleasant Columbia Academy Zion Christian Moore Co. Cornersville Huntland Region 5: McEwen JoByrns Clarksville Academy Nashville Christian White House Heritage Cascade Chapel Hill Eagleville Unionville ( when they join) Two pretty competitive regions I would say.I'm just glad these regions have no part of Trousdale Co.Man what a program!

Trinity Christian Academy plays Nashville Christian School in a bowl game Saturday in Columbia.I don't know the name of the bowl game.

i do belive the score was 38-30 in the west carroll v. perry co. but since every 1 has excuses we scored 3 times on the same play but got them called back by the zebras so get ur scores right
