Brandon 100- Why would you even get on here and rip any team. To say they are local, maybe right. Their record over the past 12 years speaks for itself. During those years there probaly has been many people thta has sacrificed their time and energy to build that program. If you are jealous of their success then just say it and go on abotu your business, if not put up a better record over the last 12 years. I know MBA and BA are great schools and work very hard but do not get on here blowing your own horn without giving public schools the respect they deserve.

I have been reading posts for a long time and not once have I read where Blackman's success was attributed to the coaching they received before there was a Blackman. I am proud of the fact that Blackman has established itself as a respectable opponent and a state power but lets remember where most of these kids received their early coaching. Most of these Blackman's posts are so easy to put down other programs and other schools'success that they soon forget where they where taught fundementals. I am not saying Blackman's coaches aren't doing a good job, but I feel their early success is directly attributed to some of the coaching they received at Oakland and Riverdale.

transplant, sometimes it takes more than a couple of days to decide. if you have a wife and kids, you better be sure that living in that area is as good as the football. i can only assume that ceaser is speaking of rankin when he says high profile not wanting a job but applying for it anyway. you guys should really have an idea of what your talking about before you make statements. rutherford county schools are not gonna pay one more cent to any coach that threatens to leave. now booster clubs are different, but how much money are we really talkig about. i believe that any coach that applies for a job has some interest in it. throw 46, you know better. the chief is always looking for the "BBD" and captain, if you were high pofile, wouldnt you look at every job to see what its about ? as i said before, dont let sour grapes get in your way. apply and let the best man win. its not too tough to get a coaching job, there are 100's of them,it may not be at riverdale,maryvile,etc, but there are jobs for all, high profie and not

the bottom line is this, that high profile coach got his high profile for a reason. mainly he wins, and it's his right to explore all situations because if you coach, you better know when the bigger,better deal comes along. dont have sour grapes when a big name jumps in the water. compete for the job and let the best man ( or profile ) win.

trying to figure out how the 4-3 will adjust to a few formations. if the offense gives and ACE look ( 2 te's, 2 fl, 1 back ) what are some looks the 4-3 will give as well as 2 te, 2 back, 1 wr . weigh in on this CAPTAIN. also, what do you offensive guys do to attack the 4-3 ? :confused: :confused:

I agree with everything that has been said about Abby. I have known her for many years and coached her at basketball camp when she was barely old enough to walk. I coached her at MTSU individual camp when she was about in the 5th grade. Even then, she had great court awareness and knowledge of the game. I have watched her play throughout her highschool career, and what a career it has been. She has truly been fun to watch. Congrats Abby on a wonderful career in basketball. I wish you the best in whatever you choose to do. I hate to see you graduate because I've enjoyed watching you play more than any other player that I've watched. I've also enjoyed discussing certain aspects of the game with you. Maybe this year, you will be playing in the State Tournament instead of analyzing the games from the stands. All I would like to say is Coach Rusty Ray is a class act. I've known him for many years. Look at the Huntland program since he got the job. Enough said. When we played against Huntland back in the early 90's the program could not have gotten much worse. My hat goes off to him for going into Huntland and taking over a program that had reached rock bottem. He has done a fine job! By the way, I hate fans like you. To be honest the Huntland program would be better off if you would but out and keep your opinions to yourself. Obviously you do not know enough about basketball to be that opionated. You are definitely biased. Look how many others agree with what you said. Way to go Rusty. Good job with the Lady Hornets program. I wish you all the luck next year.

i talked to hutch this weekend. he is taking over at mcminn in march. he is gonna finish out mulinax's pe slot for the rest of the year. he asked one guy from jeff co to go be DC. mcminn's present DC said he would leave if he did not get the job, well........so lets do the math. hutch teaches science, mulinax taught pe and ross (DC at mcminn now ) job. so he will be able to bring two and himself. he told me he would still run the wing t and would change to the 4-3.

riverdale will be opening up with eagleville. teacher versus student. what a matchup. riverdale vs all the speed at eagleville, i just hope that riverdale knows what they are doing, thats my upset special of the week.
