York Boys played well against LA. They sure did not look the like same team that played Upperman. Throw a game to play Portland, No Way. Portland will beat York as bad or worse than Upperman did. It didn't take a genius to figure out that when you shut down West kid you could beat Livingston.

DeKalb Co played an outstanding game aginst York. They played good team ball, seemed to be very well coached. They beat York all night long and really deserved to win. If York would play as a team they would be more sucessful. They have some real talent in Stephens, Ledbetter and others. They need to play unselfish. Their coach must stress this if they are to win. Good luck York in your game with Upperman.

Smith County has to get past Livingston Academy. LA is playing real good right now too. LA has beat Smith County twice. I would say the championship is between LA and Upperman.

York has lots of talent. They are kids not adults. They make mistakes and learn from them. Lot of these problems come from parents. You also have to know the coach is the head of this team. They are playing under his guidance. It is his responsibility to keep these things from happening. They certainly did not play as a team last night. They were very lucky to have won. Jcbalfan you are correct about Cannon Co Fans, No Class. LA did not play good ball. Kids will go to another game. The knot head that asked the players if they wanted a beer wonder if he has ever made a mistake. Would he tell the truthwhen ask. LA players are good respectable kids. They made a mistake. They told the truth when asked. They were not caught. How many would have been truthful? I am proud of the character of the kids on the LA team. We know them better than that knot head that yelled at them. Good Luck LA we are proud of you. Good job Danny.

The ref have really taken the fun out of basketball for everyone. The Officiating is terrible. I am not a player, not a coach but I have gone to games for some 50+ years. They absolutely won't let them pay anymore. Some calls are absolutely unbelievable. I think that the TSSAA needs to require more training for ref. Do we have any input as a spectator? IS there any place to express our opinion?

I agree LA should win. They will have stay focused and not make so many turn overs. Turnovers killed us in the DeKalb Co. game. Defense will be our key. Tough defense from everyone. Good Luck LA we are proud of you. Danny McCoin is doing a good job with these kids.

The Wildcats are playing well as a team. Girley has to be at the top of the list. He's a senior, had more experience and is good. We have some young players coming on. Brad West is a very good defensive player. Matt Reeder is coming on with experience he's going to be good. We are improve as a team overall.
