I think u have to give sevier co. senoir Brooke Wilhiot a very good look she, affectionatley called grandma wilhiot because she is the loan senoir. But she has tremendous love for the game and tremendous abilities on the court, she has almost 350 points on the season, 50 steals ,and is THE leader on the bearette squad.She was also a part of the bearette title team last year ran the point and wasn't the leader but a very big influence on the state title run last year.

why do u think shelbyville can beat the top 2 teams in the state?

i don't know at the moment, but the news and all the papers were saying there #2 now.

Nope, as of the poll last night sevier co is #2, not on the fan poll, or strength ratings , but in the actaul poll there #2

It comes to my attention that there isn't even anybody mentioned from sevier co. which doesn't make any sense to me. Ya the girls that are mentioned are good but still. Lets look at a few things: i don't know if anybody has stats for that top 3 in 3A at the top but, Tina Broyhill from sevier co., has scored almost 325 points on the season, has 17 rebounds a game and averages 3 steals a game. Also anther sevier co player, Mellisa uner is averageing 60% from behind the arc has alomst 300 points, and almost 80 steals on the season, i just don't understand y they weren't even mentioned.

Who do you guys or girls think woul win if #1 oak ridge and now #2 sevier co played each other. My opinion is that it would be the best game in the state and maybe one of the premier games in the southeast, just because there are so similar in what they do. Both have a sufficating press, ad both can shoot the three like theres no tommmorow, just interested in what people think.

yup, another dominating performance from the bearettes. Farragut hung with them early but the sufficating half court press was to much for them to handle, also the three point bombs, sevier co. can really shoot the lights out.

i agree with your poll, very much, and i would love to see your top 2 sevier co. and oak ridge lock up. it would be THE PREMIER GAME in the state, and it would also be one of the most exciting games because they are both extremely fast and can shoot the lights out.

i have a question to coacht, how exactly do u figure out who has the toughest schedule?

sade is being recruited by auburn and vandy i think, as for the best junior, i think u have to give a look at 2 sevier co. players, Tina Broyhill and Mellisa Uner, when sevier co. played south doyle Tina had 4 blocks on buley, which is a tough task, and she also averages almost 16 boards a game and, also mel uner, is one of the best shooters i've seen, she can shoot the three like theres tommorow and over the last 9 games she has averaged almost 60% from three point land. just thought i would point a few things out

team that has the toughest schedule hmm. i don't really think oak ridge does even though the people who did that know what there talkin about. first because the district oak ridge is in has absolutley no competition, except greeneville which showed up from knowhere this season, they have a very strong team.also the district sevier co. is in has no competition, farragut which was thought to be a good team, sevier co. slaughtered with there suffacating press defenense, and they match up agian tomm night ,friday. As for the toughest schedule i think powell has a pretty tough schedule, they are not the best team in the state, they sure gave oak ridge all they wanted, with oak ridge only winning by 5.

You need to get your facts straight before u start bagering sevier co, yes they did lose but they didn't even play oak ridge, the team that beat them was from washington, not here, so until u get your stuff together please don't say anything until u know what ur talking about.

I really don't believe ur right about the summer thing considering it was all over our papers, but u could be. And about oak ridge yes they did win the greeneville classic, don't get me wrong oak ridge is a good team, just not as good as u think.On the other hand shelbyville is a good basketball team, so is greeneville the team which beat sevier co in the classic, by 1 on free throws. I don't recall shelbyville being in that tournament they were probably in a different one and i'm sure they did very well.

I'm not sayin sevier co. is better than shelbyville or oak ridge, but the summer tells a lot about what a team is made of and they proved what there made of ,no height at all, but yet they've only lost 2 games. They did lose two of the best post players in a long time but they've still got it, beating the 3 time defending florida state champs by 25 in the greeneville classic? tell me thats not a quality win the teams that were in that tournament were some of the best in the country, yes they have lost. BUT if they played every game like it was there last they would be unstoppable, no doubt. I would love to see oak ridge and sevier co. in the regular season game, that would be one of the best matchups in tennesse, and maybe even the southeast us.

I don't know if anyone noticed this but i was lookin at the polls recently and noticed that oak ridge and shelbyville are ahead of sevier co. in all polls. Teams which sevier co. defeted this summer during camps, also shelbyville didn't even make the state tournament last year, oak ridge went out in the first round, sevier co. won the state title rather handely over lawrence co. also lets look at who oak ridge has played this year,nobody, maybe 2-3 teams worth spitting at and there in the top 20 in the nation?! Yes oak ridge is a good bball team but not that good, if anyone agrees with me on this subject please tell me cause i hope i'm not the only one
