ya from what i saw brett did a much better job than big butcher. And he should his daddy played for the yanks, so he knows a few things about baseball. Sevier co should think about bringing him in as an assistant.

As much as i hate to say it, the sevier co bearettes are losing just about everything this year. Although the outlook is good for next year, the seniors this year leave some tremendous shoes to fill, and i just dont see that happening.

Anybody who knows bball can say that east tennessee has more good teams than anybody. Heritage, Sevier Co., in the same district. Greeneville, Heritage, Powell, Sevier Co, and Oak Ridge all in the same region. If you really think they are in the best districts or regions, come over here and see how we play ball, true my team didnt make the dance, but we're very proud of powell and what they've accomplished. If you want to get the gold ball in 2A this year yoru gonna have to go thru the Seymour eagles. This team is good, very good, everybody has said that they are a one player team, ask South Greene, or Oliver Springs if they are. You can look for Seymour to be bringing home the hardware this year.

I'll believe it when i see it. Nobody can stop brooke on the inside except brooke. Even in the losses they have she scored 30 points, the rest of the team just didnt pick up the slack. So to say that your goin to stop her is quite funny, since not even the best AAA schools can manage to do that, not even my own.

Does loretto have a 6'4 post? No i didnt think so, brooke johnson is unstoppable, loretto will be packin there bags after this one. Seymour will be bringing home the gold ball in AA this year, sorry jackson co.

An undeafeted season is an amazing accomplishment. But I have to say there schedule is less than impressive. They're cinderella season will come to a screaching halt when they have to play the Seymour lady eagles, say what you want but Seymour is force to be reckoned with.

The reason none of us got on is just this fact. It just shows how immature you and taco whatever are, your adults, so act like it, instead of third graders. Yes sevier co lost, yes Powell is very good, yes we didnt show up. By the way taco, red18, who are your teams? taco your probably what i like to call a frontrunner, your probably one of the Shelbyville bandwageneers. and red18 i dont know wat business you have getting on here and making fun of other teams, if my mind serves me right yours is poe dunk little league a.k.a the jeff co lady patriots. Trust me we know sevier co lost, they just didnt show up for a game that they should have. In the future try to be a little more mature, were kids your adults so act like it.

Sevier Co plays pretty good "reactionary" ball. They tend to play to the level of there competition, or at least the last couple of games. If Powell doesnt come out to play, it will be over. Because with the scare tuesday night sevier co is pumped up, i talked to both mel and tina today at school, and there ready. I just hope they transfer that on the court. If the press is succesful the game is over, because Powell doesnt fair to well with it. on the other hand if they come out and play, this will be a very very good game. But i think experience will take over late, and sevier co's 5 seniors will get the job done once agian.

Who knows if they do or not. But if they do im sure they dont call it "recruting." I'm sure they call it something like helping them decide where to play there high school bball. Lets not get anything started about this, everybody knows the truth, so theres no need to start anything.

I dont know if i would skip just yet. Sevier co does come to play for the big games, but powell is good. And if they do beat powell, the sevier co vs. oak ridge game will be a classic agian your right. But sevier co seems to have oak ridge's number, or at least they have the last 3 region title games. The game played last year was one of the best performances that ive seen by the bearettes. And they only lost one senior last year, look for these seniors to go out on top.

No contest. Have you seen the region brackets? Seymour has a CAKewalk all the way to the boro. Not taking anything away from them, but there is no competition for them here and there wont be in the boro either with a player like brooke johnson on there side.

He didnt mean anything negative towards brooke. He just said that kayla will be ready if you want to get physical. Its not a news flash, i'll admit it kayla is a very physical player, but she gets the job done. Dont make a comment into something its not. Kayla will be ready, along with the rest of the bearettes after the scare last night. Look for them to be fired up and press all night long.

Ya and im sure they're shaking in there boots over that one showtime. And just so you know, shelbyville wont be playing lawrence co anymore when they make it to the boro. We'll see what happens when everybody gets there, but i have said it before and ill say it agian. Its not a good idea to underestimate or make my bearettes angry. Well considering it was the girls bball team, I'm sure they would lie about something like that. And if you havent read it how would you know? Its not news that nobody gives sevier co any respect, why shouldnt the local newspaper join in. thats ok, its just one more thing to get them fired up, which isnt a very good idea for the other team. Heritage saw what happens when you fire up the wrong team, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what this does, but its not gonna be goodfor anybody else.

Hey showtime, did you happen to read the Shelbyville paper this weekend? Is there any truth to what several sevier co players are a little mad about. It appears that the Shelbyville paper seems to think that the win agianst Heritage for like the 50th consecutive district was a fluke. If anyone saw this game thats a load of bs. Even if you think cait had an off night, sevier totally shut her down. And the sc student section totally took her off her game. If you really think this was a fluke i guess you'll see who is the fluke in two weeks.

I dont know that there will be an edge to either team. Both teams are very well coached and have played very good bball at some points this year. If sevier co can mount the d they did against Heritage, then it wil be tough. On the other hand if they cant hit, like they did in the first quarter agianst Heritage, then Powell will take advantage. After coming off a huge win i see sevier co winning this one. SC 55-48.
