Our girls had a good team that won 27 games.Our competition helped us win a lot of games.Against the good AAA teams like Riverdale,Cookeville,and Lawerence Co.,we were 1 and 6.

By the way,that may be Insell calling Hacker now.

Best player on the floor that night at Riverdale.Put a show on for Coach Insell and his coaches.They couldn't beleive she wasn't starting.That's coming from Shelbyville people, state champions,they might know a little.Took Hacker out with 3 minutes and before she got back in,we were 6 behind. Coach Hess admitted to the girls he made a mistake.I respect him for that.

I would hire Gary Flynn,Jackson Co. thru and thru.An asset to Jackson Co.

Agree with you 100 %. Hess has to go get her back someway, somhow.Shelbyville was at the Riverdale game and they said they would love to have her.

I can't beleive it. Another player quits that could make us a great team. She was very unhappy with her playing time last year.She could have started for any district team that we played last year.The coach from Lawerence Co.was glad to see her on the bench.She would have started for me. I love all the girls,but Hacker would have been in the start ing five.Our team even with good talent coming back can't afford to lose a player like Hacker.To bad !!!!!

Check the records, when have we not won the district whrn we played in it ??? The talent will be as good or better than last year. We still have to beat the upper AAA teams. Talent will not hold us back !!!!

Lawerence Co. girls are a good team. Either team could have won. The way your principal acted was a disgrace to the school and Lawerence county. No excuse for his actions.

Coach Hess applied for the job at the new school in Murfressboro.Anybody know anything ??

White Co. beat Blackman by 20 there and 26 at Sparta.Losing is not an option here. As for Cookeville and Riverdale,we could have won every game.We lost every game in the last quarter.Our players and coaches have got to do a better job at the end of games.

Been to most games,seen the turnover problem every game. Never seen one turnover caused by the coach.Our players have got to play smarter. You might like the coach,but every player should have pride in them selves.Last night, several players showed their attitudes which I think makes me mad at the coach for putting up with it.Tory hess talked back to Slatten on and on.Slatten finally told him to shut up.Hess's daddy was sitting right behind him.I couldn't believe a coach's son would act that way.Then I considered how Coach Hess acts at times and I understood.Sad times.

In my opinion, White Co. and Riverdale have better players. As bad as I hate to say it, Coach Odum does so much better job coaching. She is by far the class of the district.

Winning without talent is almost impossible. This team has improved a lot since the start of the season. We can stay in the game with anybody we play. If Slatten couldn't coach we would get killed every district game. You need to get behind our program and coaches. Our talent is the weakest I have ever seen in my 30 years of going. As long as they hustle and try their best,I'll be ther to support them. Whited is a great friend and coach. But for two or three years,he had the best talent in White Co. history.

Just talked to girls. Makeup game is Feb 20.

White Co. offense struggling. Hacker best offensive player on our team. I love all our players, but Hacker has to start . She can also rebound and help bring the ball down the floor. With Hacker and Lewis outside shooting, our inside game will open up.

Seen both teams play. Riverdale talentwise as good or better than Blackman. No upset here !!!

Hacker was getting every basket for us, playing a great game, and for some reason Hess takes her out. Shelbyville coaching staff was there and couldn't beleive it. Riverdale scores 6 points before Hacker goes back in. If anybody has a answer why, please respond.
