Poor coaching has killed the MBA program.

What happen to Mang?

Since the DII split from DI, MBA has had about 5 non-Simpson state champs. Ryan/Baylor/McCallie have each had about 25 to 30 state champs. If it is not coaching, what explains the difference?

The problem at MBA is the coaching, not the boys. Other than the Simpson boys, the coaches have not developed many state champs.

The MBA wrestling program never seems to meet expectations. Other than the Simpson boys, they have few state champs. The football coaches, whether it's McGugin/Rutledge/Bowers, can turn the MBA athletes in state champs. The wrestling program seems to always come up short.

The CBHS and McCallie coaches pad the face-off stats of their players. CBHS beat MaCallie 8-5 on April 4-13. The CBHS coach had the FO 12-4 CBHS. The McCallie coach had the FO 7-8 CBHS.

Who ended up going to NHSCA?

Baylor will add another Individual Team Championship with 5 to 7 state champs.

The program for TSSAA State Tournament lists the 2002 individual champs the same as the 2001 champs for both DI and DII in the 2004 program. I think the mistake has been repeated in 2005 and 2006.

Is the transfer from Walker Valley going to be able to wrestle this year for Bradley or will he have to sit out a year?

Now that is has been established that Bradley has recruited wrestlers from other schools, not just once but multiple times, they should drop their ban on scheduling DII schools. Surely, they cannot hold a grudge against DII schools for doing something they themselves do.

Why is it that when someone leaves Bradley or another DI program, they are recruited, bribed, and, heck, even their Dad gets a new job. But when someone goes to Bradley or another DI program, no recruiting is involved? Supposedly, the move to the other DI school is only done for the best interest of the wrestler.

When a DII school allegedly recruited a Bradley wrestler years ago, Bradley stopped competing with DII schools. Isn’t it fair for Walker Valley to give Bradley the same treatment when Bradley recruits one of its best wrestlers?

It appears that Bradley is stealing one of Walker Valley's best wrestlers - Tanner Johnson. I guess T$$AA will decide if it is legal. What should WV do if Bradley is successful in recruiting one of their best wrestlers? WV should; 1. drop Bradley from their schedule forever 2. refuse to enter any tournamnet in which Bradley is a participant (except state) 3. attempt to get tournament organizers to drop Bradley so that WV can participate

I am sure Bradley would not do anything illegal. But, is it wrong for them to steal a competing programs best wrestler?
