  1. College basketball is a whole different story compared to high school. I'll bet you she is not done with basketball though. It was fun hanging out with her freshman friday! She is one wild and crazy gal. It's hard to have a life when you play college basketball! Which could be why! Where is wannabelikebeech when you need his comments? haha! I really wanted to see Katrina and Katasha in the back court. Oh well, so much for the K & K connection!
  2. Well it's on the first page of the Chattanooga Times Free Press, so this time this topic will not get closed! Ms. Overton County fairest of the Fair has backed out of her letter of intent to attend UTC. She called coach Moore Wednesday and told him. Lord knows how you guys knew before then! Well she is from Livingston and I must say after 6 years of going through that program, I'd want to take it easy in college. We'll be quite alright without her. Good luck to her in the future.
  3. I'll bet you a buffalo nickel that the little gal from Heritage gets the AAA Miss Basketball the next two years!
  4. As long as I get to be on the basketball staff and get that championship ring this year, I'll be glad to coach softball. Maybe if I get those girls to play softball after basketball, I can beat Beech. Wouldn't that create a buzz for Coach Fryar. All his girls quitting AAU to play softball. Can I get Clark to post up on home base?

I'll take Briarcrest Christian. They find a way to win in the most adverse situations!
  6. Well that just adds to the depth MJ has!
  7. Well let's see here: 5) Cleveland: All the talent in the world, no coaching 4) Some West Tennessee team with a inflated record 3) Columbia Central: Moore has the key players back from a state tournement run in 2003-2004 2) Greeneville: 2 seriously good players on the Tennessee Stars with one of the best coaches in Tennessee..maybe in the Southeast. They will make a hard push! 1) Mt. Juliet: I hope this isn't a jinx but they have been running through people all summer! Only thing that can stop this train is injuries and ego inflated fans and parents! I'm taking Mt. Juliet this year to run the table. I know Chris and John would like the gold ball! They summer work and preseverance should pay dividends. Only time will tell! Now commence in the Huck bashing!
  8. Bradley Central versus Cleveland
  9. I wonder if the coverage would be different if some of the girls attended GPS or Baylor?
  10. A four way tie for fifth! http://www.aaugirlsbasketball.org/bbscore/...16u_bracket.pdf
  11. Tennessee Stars fall in finals to Air Oklahoma Stars. 1 Air Oklahoma Stars 2 Tennessee Stars 3 Indiana's finest 4 Georgia Metros On to Winston Salem for 15's!
  12. Tennessee Stars are in the finals after whipping the Georgia Metros! The are set to begin at 2:30
  13. Coach Harlow is still at Bradley Central High school teaching U. S. History. His father recently passed away so I haven't talked to him in awhile.
  14. Uhhh-ohhhhh! Here come the Mt. Juliet fans already talking it up for the 2004-2005 campaign!

    Basketball

    Maybe for right now!
  16. Maybe they ought to just cut education entirely from their budget!
  17. I certainly hope it doesn't mean everything!
  18. I'm talking about the real game between Tennessee and Georgia..not the game that Juco coaches hope to fill their vacant positions spots with also know as a waste of time!
  19. Forget about the 7AA-13AA challenge because it will leave 13AA with question marks. Middle Tennessee is west of the the Tennessee River also..just fyi! West Tennessee usually wins the A crowns, but the lowest classifications usually don't get the fanfare like the big schools. You just have to admit that the west Tennessee programs that boast the excellent records and don't go to the elite tournaments like the rest of Tennessee schools. The Gibson Counties of West Tennessee need these kind of tournaments to push them tot he limits. They might get a loss but the experience is valuable!
  20. AAA Cleveland- looks really goos if they avoid injuries Columbia Central- has its talent returning from a State tournament team from 2004 Heritage- Have you heard of a player called Cait McMahan Shelbyville- you never can really count them out. Mt. Juliet- the chosen ones. can they finally break their jinx on not getting the state title. Not if Clark has anything to say about it. AA Oliver Springs had a real good summer Gibson County will be playing that weak West Tennessee schedule Someone will rise from 7-AA to cause havoc among other AA districts. Livingston and Jackson Co. have taken the last 6 titles. Walker Valley has most of its talent back except for the point gaurd. We'll see how they adjust A Don't really know of any strong candidates! I guess I'll just have to print and wait the four long months till the season begins.
  21. I guess Chris had the Lady Bears running the football stadium bleachers after that game, but of course it is summer camp!
  22. Looks like Shelbyville is taking some beatings! I guess they got their minds on the 15 and under nationals in Winston-Salem!
  23. No, it's a good pitcher for UTC! haha!
  24. Have you heard or seen any of the playdays that they have been in?
