I saw the scrimmage. I for one thought Boyd would miss a lot from losing some of the players it lost. However, they looked quick on defense. Now Drew Akins is no Will Healy. That is why they dont make it past the second round of playoffs. Yeh he can run the option but he has no arm strength. A couple of balls should have been picked off. One was so underthrown the DB slipped coming back to it. The boyd reciever caught it and ran it in. Furthermore, we will see how tough this kid is. Still no offensive line and he will take a beating. Lets see if he makes it out alive after the Baylor game. All in all Boyd did look good but no trip to the borough!!

They will always be a force. They have a pro style offense which is rare in TN. Teams don't know how to defend them and they will always put up some points. They are very well coached.

Class A is ajoke look out valley at #10. Please they are the third best team in their region. When they played stiff competition they got spanked.

Fellas enjoy those riavalries it looks like the TSSAA will do away with many of them....they will be like boxing and make 200 divisions with multiple divisions within divisions. The state championship will be watered down since you have only about 20 teams in your division to go against. You can say your state chammps but....oh wait what about those other state champs in 3a from the private Divsion II divsion and so on...and so on.

Whats up with there field I have a friend who lives in Chattanooga. He said there field is underwater. They havent played a game at home all year. Whats up with that? Dont they lose gate money from that? If it were football they would have issue resolved guaranteed. Good of the people form Bell South to let them play on there field. This kid played at tyner and was a stud. Nobody recruited him and he goes to the allstar game and dominates.Where did he go and how is he doing? UTC should have signed him they are hurting for any kid of running back.
