central doesn't have over 1000 students, 940 some odd students. they are true A-AA

You all must not give Central that much respect. The only reason they are not 4-0 is a horribly called game against Johnson County, but i guess that only gets them more fired up for Volunteer and the rest of the year. Look for a very good game and a whole lot of emotion from Central, they have soooooo much to play for the rest of the year, so many people to prove themselves to. Im sorry , i know this is a Volunteer thread , but i have to put my opinion in. Central-28 Volunteer-13

I read a lot about AAA schools on this forum, but what does everybody think about A-AA?? FRA won it the last two years, CCS looked strong at the TN Classic, I've seen Sullivan Central, and they didn't look too bad. Anyone else have any thoughts or opinions? **Run until your legs bleed**

Region 1 A-AA Sullivan Central Cougars will run away with it this year. Perfect score, 15. Look for them to bring home a state championship!

Just wondering what peoples opinions were on these teams after seeing them play already. How do u think these teams will fare overall and in the postseason if they make it there.

i am from central and we played south in the jamboree. we also scrimmaged(practiced) with db. I believe that if db comes in focused like they always do they will have no problem with south. Hudchins is a very good qb and can creat offense but he doesnt have much to go to. DB's rush can provide enough pressure to make hudgins run and that may create some offense for south. ON the other hand DB's offense should be able to run or throw down souths field all night. If not then they are not focused. Good luck to both teams. They are both very good and will have good seasons,but i pick db by about 3 tds

db scrimmaged sullivan central or you could call it a practice at the start of august.......they did an inside outside scrimmage where the linemen went against the other linemen and the receivers did skeleton drills vs the other teams secondary and linebackers.........Central played very good against db and moved it well but so did DB.......im sure DB has gotten stronger in all areas since then and i know they will be huge competitors again

Boone i heard has a good defense but is lacking on the offensive side of the ball

Any predictions or thoughts on either one of these teams

johnson county deserves to be in the region finals the way they played us last night . there is always that one team who gets hot at the right time . last year it was central but this year we went cold at the wrong time. mos def i respect johnson county more now for the class and respect they showed us after the game. i really hate it for john though because he loved this game more than anything . we just stumbled at the wrong time . good luck to both teams in the substate . this game is just icing on the cake for johnson county im sure , but e town will pull it off for 2 years straight
