1-Science Hill 2-Sullivan South 3-Sullivan Central 4-TN High 5-DB 6-Boone 7-Volunteer 8-East 9-Crockett 1-4 could be interchangeable. It should be an interesting year. It will be fun to see if South can win with all of this size. I still think Science Hill is the team to knock off. Central could make noise with their tough offense. Can't wait for basketball season to start.

Vince Redd from Elizabethton plays DE at Virginia. And Justin Harrell doesn't start for UT, Jason Hall and Parys Haralson do.

Duke Moretz is a pretty good quarterback for the Cougars. He splits time on JV, he should be pretty tough come next year or the year after.

Well South is supposed to be the best in the conference, and we hung tough with them. The game at Daniel Boone should help determine how good they will be.

Anybody ever seen Legend of Bagger Vance? Now that is a very good movie, go to Wal Mart its only 5 bucks on DVD. Worth way more than that. The Sixth Man is probably my favorite movie of all time though.

Well, closer than almost everyone predicted. Central held tough, but some rough breaks killed them and Curt Phillips did as well. He is pretty much their offense. I don't know how good DB's conference is this year if Central gave South a close game all the way into the 4th quarter, and Central was supposedly one of the mediocore teams in the Mountain Lakes conference.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. It was a good game. I also was a neutral fan, I don't think it will be 12 straight for too long. So if I was a DB fan I would be thanking my lucky stars and be satisfied with a win.

I think Science Hill might be the more talented team, so this game will not be as bad as that. Central should be in much better shape than they were against Science Hill and not fall down in the second half. I think this actually might be a close one. Central needs to be able to throw the ball, if they can I can see it close. If they don't, cue up the replay on Science Hill.

He lost pretty much his entire team from last year. They still had a good season. Krantz is a great coach, best I have seen. They will be very good next year, can't wait to see how it turns out.

Gomab, do you or any of the people running this board go to AAU Nationals? I was wondering because it seems like that would be were most of the talent would be.

Gabe Buchanan and Philip Weatherford from Sullivan Central. They both averaged double digits on a team with four starters and a bench player averaging double digits. They both could play at a small D-I or a D-II school.

Are you gonna make any sophmore rankings? I think the East TN has a couple good sophmores.

I would have to say besides the old Science Hill teams, last years White Station or last years Puerto Rico, you all are probably the best high school team I have seen play. I look forward to seeing Willie Kemp play in college, I just hope he doesn't go to Kentucky.

I got a couple of questions...Why is almost every player from Happy Valley on there, and they only play 6 or 7 players? How did Hunter Sparks make first team and Gabe Buchanan not? Although, I don't really have a problem with Caroll being MVP because of his abilties, I didn't think he had that great of a year.

I read what Willie Kemp put in the papers about Central, saying that we looked good on film and said we must have had an off game. I think he is a class act. That was pretty nice of him to say that, when he could have ran us down. I have a lot of respect for that guy.

Good seasons Central. At least you can say you were one of eight teams in 2AA that was still left playing. I wish we could have still knocked down the open shots like we normally do, but I guess we just had an off night. I still think that if we would have played in any other team besides Raleigh-Egypt or Bolivar, we would be in the second round. Good luck the rest of the way Bolivar.

Those are some of Central's best players, they may not be known national but you'll see some of our guys have chances to play maybe D-1 ball.

When I went to the Alcoa and AE game, the reason they came back like that was because the little point guard got killed. There were at least 3 guys mugging him every play down the court. They are pretty quick though. They looked as if they could beat you by 20 when things are going there way and then lose by 20 when things aren't.

That's true, I believe anything can happen. I just hope our guys come into the game with that mentality. You never know we sure shocked Alcoa. They came in laughing at us before the game.

Who is Cline, when Central scrimmaged Unaka the only two I saw that were real stand outs were McCann and Walsh. I would take Weatherford or Caldwell anyday over McCann.
