What are everyones' thoughts?

Well maby ya'll aint met our d-line coach. He is one of the best coachs perry county has ever seen he had a real good workout program this summer. He's got just bout everybody on the team pressin 212 even the freshmen and d-backs. For all ya'll people who aint came and watched us play but have heard bout us u need to come to a game once in a while. And the best fishing in the state is in Perry Co quite hatin, Rice and Robinson have got us ready. and coach dunkle is here for a good time. thumb

Once again a football post has been ruined by people thinking they know more than they do. Timbob doesnt really talk much sports on here and everybody in the surrounding counties logs on and decides to tell us how much better they are than perry co. GUESS WHAT... This is 1A football VERY VERY few of you are division 1 material. I went to a linebacking camp in Chatanooga and competed with several hundred others and finished 3rd in an obstical course. I was told i was strong enough and had the size that i could play D-1, IF I GOT DOWN TO A 4.5. Im one of the most athletic people around here and nobody in 1-A is going to be recruited by more than 5 major colleges. Stats dont mean anything if you dont win and get reconized. J.P. Shelly holds records for passing (hes 1-A) he goes to MTSU. No one arround here even gets all-state unless your one of those freaks form Collinwood and I'm not talking about this years team, but they win they get reconized and they are recruited. I dont have to go on and on about this but I think some of you are a little unaware of the magnitude of division 1 athletics and its players. So stop lying about your fake scholarships. BACK TO THE SUBJECT! Perry County by 2 TDs. P.S. Shannon Rainey was the best skill player ever to come out of P.C. and he went to Cumberland College not exactly D-1 but more than anyone else from P.C. ever did.

all i have to say is that i hope trinity practiced hard cuz id like a challenge friday night. we'll see how they do in (#13s house) perry county. the greatest tight end of all time tim armstrong once played there . i think well pass the ball well, play good defense, and run it down their throat. last week was a big step up and if we can elimate dropped passes and blown coverages it will be no problem. i saw some trinity scouts in gleason and i bet they decided to practice alot harder this week. COME CORRECT LIONS

I can't stand kids from private schools. They slaughter schools like mine every time they play us. They should be in a private division, because they have better funding, better coaching , more practice time , better team camps. If a kid from a private school would like to call me wrong then he should find something and point it out. I'd like to hear a few good reasons why private schools shouldn't be in a class by themselves. After all, they comment on how bad our play is and that the only competition they have is eachother. Public schools have no chance of winning a championship as long as we're in the same division as the private powerhouses.

First of all devinci ESPN just labeled football as americas #1 pastime. Soccer players maybe in better shape but there is no way you can tell me soccer players are tougher than football players. Most of the lower body injuries mentioned werent inflicted by another person, they most likely fell down or rolled an ankle. Soccer may not be a communist sport but it is a foreignh sport, and if your worried about something happening outside of America more than somethin in it MOVE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY! PS-Give me an epidural and i can push a baseball out of my wang cool guy..

im a sophmore im not a bad player, i work my (rear) off in the weight room, i powerclean 290 squat 530, but i struggle on bench with a weak 275, does anyone have any advise in any simple things that would make my bench go up? Advice: stay away from slang. [Edited by pioneer8991 on 3-10-03 7:00A]
