  1. I'm not trying to start any kind of feud here, but you know, Perry County looks as if they are in this picture too. I mean, there not a USJ, but they look pretty good. The only thing wrong with Perry County is the line, and that could kill them. They scrimaged Parson and tied, Mt. Pleasent and won, Waverly and won 24-0. Those are three descent teams there, so lets not forget the little guys. Trinity did lose a lot of Seniors, but they have got some descent players on the team aswell. As for the rest of the region, I don't know, we'll have to wait and find out. By the way, Perry County has the meanest, toughest, the baddest linebacker I've ever seen in High School football. Forrest White is coming and he's ready hit anything, and anyone in his way. Perry County also has the best passing game they have ever had(but the past passing game isn't saying much). The worst thing you can do is underestimate Perry County.
  2. Friday 13 Perry County: 24 Waverly: 0 Good job Perry County Everything looks picture perfect except for the line needs a little more meat in there, but work at it and things will fall into place. Nice job!
  3. Perry County lost their three big dawgs of last year, (Rhodes, Richarson, and Gray) but their still going to be a sight to see. With them gone the games might be alittle closer, but PC will be putting forth an effert that might pull them out of sticky situations. Besides that PC is a very well rouned coached team, Haskins knows what he talking about. I espect to see some heads turn durn the games because PC still has Garrison, Action Jackson, Wood, the regulars, and I belive they have a new player named Luis A.(You probley can't even say his last name, and I can't spell it) but this kid is pretty good if you asked me, about 6'5", close to 220, and he can easily stand and dunk. I'd be watching the games from the PC side of the court.
  4. Opperman: The only size that matters in sports is the size of your HEART. Look at Muggs, or Van Axle(don't know how to spell their names so bare with me). Some people aren't blessed with all the talent, or physical abilities, but were all have a heart as big as we want it to be. Best of luck to ya.
  5. Kirk Haston is the best role model their is. He was the top student in his class in high school, he lead his high school team too two state finals games (lost first time, won second), he played college ball at IU and made a big impact there, now he is playing Professional Basketball for the New Orleans Hornets. That's funny, he was a Hornet in Elementary School too. (Lobelville Hornets) Kirk is always friendly, never cusses, and after an unfortunate event that took his mothers life (A woman we loved so dear) he still elevated his goals. My hats off to Kirk Haston.

    How?

How did 2-6 Riverside beat 5-3 USJ? Good job Riverside, but really how did that happen?
  7. Thanks teach, but why are you correcting me when you don't know the difference between one and won? referring to your post about our alumni game. One - single, undivided. Won - Past tense of win. Get your crap straight before correcting anyone.
  8. Ok guys, reality check. USJ WILL when the region and will lose in the fourth round. I hate to be an toe but seriously, TCA suprised USJ, the thing is Mick is to smart to let that had twice. Sorry if I spoilled your night, but that's the way it will end, the same way it does every year. USJ is 3-0 in region, PC and TCA are 1-2, JCS and FCA are 2-1, and Middleton is 0-3. Middleton definitly isn't ready for USJ, and JCS isn't either. Predict your outcomes, how ever they may be, but that won't change the outcomes of the games.
  9. I wouldn't call that argueing, I was simply making a statement too that person which involved talking about football. You may take it as argueing, but I didn't.
  10. JCeagles Why are you talking trash? If my memory serves me right, in 2001 and 2002 our games with you were close. In 2001 a few droped passes, and a few fumbles lost us the game, and yeah, what about Wesley Hedgepath taking ya'll's "STAR" player number 55 out of the game on the very first play of the game. We ran an play were he pulled and boom, 55 went out like a light. In 2002, how many rushing yards did you have? Thats what i thought, I was a senior that year and started at RT and DT (#78). You couldn't run on us, we stopped ya'll the entire game except for one trap play you scored on, but if it haden't been for blow pass coverage when would have been setting at # 3 instead of # 4 that year. How can you talk crap when a team that just started a stable football program came close two times in a row almost beating you.
  11. I don't know for a fact that either team droped one or another, but i'm sure both coaches wanted to add new teams to there schedule. Do you really want to play the same schedule every year, i mean really after 10 years it will be boreing. I think playing different schools evry two or four years is the best way to go, you get to go new places, play on different fields, that sort of thing. Seriously, why is this even worth fighting over, if i'm correct coacht is for talking about football, not argueing at it. So let it go.
  12. good work donhaney, that is an impressive history L.C. has, who do you think was the best team that L.C. had? I don't think Sharp is the best Q.B. Billy Barnes by far is the best Q.B. out of L.C.
  13. Hey Timbob, I also would like to play tackle against the high school, but we can't, it for saftey. In fact no hs players are going to play, so they don't get hurt, or what not. Some of the older guys are going to play too, greg grimes, billy barnes(hopefullly so we have a qb for the other team shannon isn't on), etc. Yes, i do want to play tackle but we can't, but still we need to play an alumni game so the program can't get more money. If it goes well, we might have another next fall. So, were playing alumni vs alumni in 8 man football. Center, 2 guard, QB, 2 rbs, 2 wrs.
  14. Wildcatpride, Acually Perry County has played Wayne County before, it was our first year, under coach Calvin Aldridge. I have the tape at my house and we beat you 26 - 6. I also have on this tape, Perry County vs. Lewis County, we won 48 12.
  15. At Gleason Warren threw a what 30 yd pass to Drew for a TD. There wasn't anyone within 10 or 15 yds of drew, they were doubled up on Zach. Man really who is this viking te, i mean it's so childish, man grow up and get a life. I agree with the statement about the gym, did we really need a huge gym? That was hilarious, what you said about Thomas, but lets all be friends, plus Lynn cought some passes aswell his Junior year, especially on two point conversions, he was moved to FB his senior and did excellent their. I ain't just saying this because he is my brother, it's because he really could play anywere on the field, as Tim will back me up on this because he said it himself.
